McDonald's — Restaurant in Charlotte

I normally have a good time when I go to McDonald's but this time, it was terrible. I paid for a Bacon Ranch Grilled Chicken Salad that cost $4.69 (with tax $5.00) and to my unbelief one of there works put a small side salad with no tomatoes no carrots absolutely nothing just a bunch of lettuce on my tray.... Oh and by the way, they didn't even bring the tray to the table my husband had to go get it. Anyways. My husband brought the tray and I got straight back up and went to the counter and told the young guy that this isn't what I ordered. He tells me he already explained to my husband that they don't have anymore salads and I told him, I paid for a $5.00 salad and that this little handful of lettuce that is a $1.29 is not justice and I will not accept such an unjust gesture because that's robbery. He had the nerve to ask me if I just want my money back and I told him, I want my salad that I ordered and that if they have to, make it from scratch. Change up the lettuce or something. He took it, GRUMBLED AND TOLD ME TO MY FACE THAT I AM PISSING HIM OFF JUST BECAUSE I TOLD HIM TO TAKE THAT BACK AND HAVE THE KITCHEN MAKE MY SALAD! Come to find out, they have the grilled chicken, they have the bacon, the ranch, the tomatoes, the carrots, lettuce, shredded cheese, but the only thing they supposedly don't have is the big size plastic container so they tried jamming all that in that small side salad container and AGAIN I told him, that is small I ordered the big one, if you don't have big containers go get me another small one of lettuce so I can combined them. He GRUMBLES AGAIN AND SAID TERRIBLE THINGS THAT I AM NOT EVEN GONNA MENTION HERE, BUT THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE, MCDONALDS, I TRULY FEEL PITY FOR YOUR BUSINESS BECAUSE SOON, YOU WILL FALL. GET IT...

Just drive a few minutes to another McDonalds. The person who took my order was slow and for some reason, this mcdonalds put a pin pad on the outside of the drive thru window. I was waiting for her to take my card and she shut the window on me. When she opened it, she pointed at the pin pad, which is up high for a truck, not for a regular car. Had to put it in park and reach up to do it. Can't even see what it's saying. When I drove up, I saw the person behind me struggling with the issue. What's wrong, the cashier can't take an order and process a card like they do everywhere else? This is the only one where I've seen the pinpad outside of the drive-thru.

Anyway, all I got was a McChicken. That's literally it. And the person who was supposed to be giving the orders was walking in from giving one to a car. Cool, that's fine. Then, I watch her stop inside and take out her phone. Keep in mind it's around lunch time, so they're getting pretty busy. She came in after about two minutes to give me my sandwich.

Sandwich did not taste good, bread was hard. Unexpected, because aren't they all packaged and just need to be warmed up? Not sure, about that one, but every other McDonalds can seem to make a McChicken, except for this one.

I've went to this McDonald's a few times, because it's right next to the bank. Unfortunately, all times were awful. Once they were out of BBQ sauce, and twice they messed up my order.

Just go to another location. It's obvious management nor...

If i could leave NEGATIVE 5 stars i would!! The service is ridiculous. They STEAL money here so be careful. I waited about 20 minutes to get change & by that time my food was obviously cold,so i asked for a replacement in which i got ignored the first few times & employees rolled their eyes & ignored me. When i asked to get my order fixed i got a “oh dont be coming at me i didnt do anything “ by the so called manager (white guy named joe or something like that) the same “manager” that shorted someone $20 from their change. THEIR IS NOBODY AT THE FRONT,they will tell everyone to order from the kiosk even people that dont know how to,if you dont do it that way then you just wont eat anything. In my time here at least 3 people asked for a refund due to how bad the service & waiting times are. The police was even called due to them not wanting to give a customer a refund. Fries are always cold & stale. There weren’t even lids for my drinks & i waited for some for 10+ minutes. Service is definitely POOR. The worst & most rude McDonald’s for sure . The only helpful person was a hispanic lady from the morning team & a white lady that was literally doing everything,everyone else was rude & purposely ignored customers.

The picture below shows the 3 single fries my sister got in her happy meal. Some people were even missing toys & fries from a HAPPY MEAL like just how? Ridiculous somebody shut this McDonald’s...
