From 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. this McDonald's is a complete and utter chitshow! The manager, sidestepping her anti customer "I don't want to be here, don't want to serve you" attitude, I strongly believe she would do something foul to any customers food that dear challenge her. How dare I ask for a cup of coffee at 3:00 a.m. in the morning.
"FAST" food! The last two nights 10/4/2018, 10/5/2018 ONE person working. I waited 30 minutes with only two other customers waiting for their food. The young lady working the food and taking orders informed me "The manger is in the back doing paperwork" Really? Instead of coming out to help with the orders? Refer to her "attitude" above.
Following night 1:40 a.m. I LEFT after waiting 15 minutes in line, two other customers waiting. More customers coming. One young man working the whole store while manager missing in actions.
The fries there ALWAYS taste like BAD SOUR GREASE. Hamburgers at wee hours should be fresh and yet too often they are hard from being under the heat lamp TOO LONG!
2017: For several months this McDonald's would NOT give me a RECEIPT! When I forced the issue I was given a FAKE receipt, did not reflect the credit card I used.
Sidestepping that this McDonald's does not offer or ask if one wants condiments, they hardly put any on the damn DRY bun. Lucky to get a DROP of ketchup on the bun, forget the secret sauce or mustard.
They charge MORE than other McDonald's. Mostly on drinks such as coffee. Owner of this McDonald's is not helpful and does not care how customers are treated.
Not only am I giving them a bad review here, but reporting to the BBB and perhaps the Health Department.
Thank goodness for the Taco Bell in the Arboretum! Pleasant attitudes and...
Read moreTerrible experience. I work late and came through their drive-thru around 3:00am. The car in front of me ordered and the speaker fine. The car in the other lane, ordered at their speaker fine. When I got to my speaker, no one greeted me. I tried getting their attention for a couple minutes and it became clear they were unaware of my presence. So I backed up and pulled forward to re-read their car/metal detector. Still, no response.
So I decide to pull ahead into the line and see if I can order at the window. We'll, I'm stuck there for about 5 minutes because they messed someone else's order up. While I'm waiting, a truck pulls into the drive-thru behind me at the exact speaker I went to. He orders without issue...
I finally get to the window and explain that nobody was Manning the speaker when I came through and would like to order. The cashier seemed confused and went and got her manager. I wait another minute for him to arrive. Whe he finally does he's short and rude with me and tells me I have to drive around back to the end of the line to order through the speaker. I said "no thanks," and left.
It wasn't even terrible service, but literally bot service. I will never attempt to order their again and recommend against anyone else going. I'm not sure if I had a penis marketed on my forehead or what, but there was no reason I shouldn't have been able to order my...
Read moreI want to deeply apologize to every employee at this store for placing my very complicated order of a 20 piece McNugget today at 12:36, waiting patiently for it, and then asking for a refund at 12:50. What was I thinking- especially after persons who ordered after me where getting their food? (Albeit that they had to give it back as much of those were not filled properly.) Furthermore, my deepest apologies to the manager (I think) for asking for her name when I should have seen it on the door- as that is where she told me it was. I, the customer, should have realized by your eye rolling, scowl, and verbal insults that I was there for you and not the other way around. When I finally left there with my refund at 12:55, I came to terms with the fact that this restaurant did not want my business. What was I thinking to believe all those TV commercials? Oh my! All those customer surveys, millions spent on time:motion studies to serve faster, and stores designed for fluid movement. Now I'm no business czar, and obviously I'm a terrible customer, but it seems to me that if you as a corporation want to know why sales are flat and people complain so much you could study this store. In fact, you could make a training video titled "Everything Done Wrong" and save a lot of money. Obviously they were filming when I came in today. Again, my apologies for trying to...
