I arrived today (June 4, 2017) at around 1:40 and went through the drive thru. I got stuck between 2 cars for over 30 minutes while only 1 drive through lane was served. I actually had my daughter get out and go inside while I tried to get un stuck as I figured that would be faster.
Finally I beg the car beside me to move so I can get out and pull around to wait on my daughter. Ten more minutes go by and I go in. Unfortunately she had already ordered with my card.
There was trash all over the floor. The trash cans were overflowing. Even at the counter it looked like someone poured mud on the floor. Behind the counter was more trash and the floor was filthy. There were LOTS of flies everywhere.
There were several young employees who were being randomly screamed at by a manager (I think as she was wearing a yellow shirt unlike everyone else).
The lobby had several very upset customers who were waiting on their food. Like me most had been here close to an hour. Why didn't I leave? Well the first 45 minutes I was stuck in the drive thru and then I was stuck trying to get my refund (which after a fight almost erupted I left without).
One woman was recording all of this. The same employee in the yellow shirt started yelling at her that she couldn't record. I told her she absolutely could and that the store was so disgusting and she was being so rude to the other employees and customers somebody needed to see it. I took photos of everything as well.
Over an hour was wasted on food I would not dare eat. I will say in all the chaos there was one employee referred to as Ms. Dee who was very nice and apologetic.

Read moreHello, I am not one who would usually take the time out of my busy schedule to sit down and write reviews. However, what i saw today at the 6225 W. Sugar Creek location needs to not go unnoticed. The line was around the building. There were at l0 or more people in the lobby. It was 95 degrees outside. No one would be in a good mood. Yet as i stand patiently to order 2 large drinks, i saw one man that was zooming from one situation to another with barely time to take a breath. He was smiling, talking to every customer as he went about his work to make sure that everyone was acknowledged. With every order he completed he always said that you for your patience and come again. He was the only one holding everything together. He handled it so professionally and efficiently. Every other staff there was just waiting to have him tell them what to do. He was smart to just handle the situation and not try to correct his staff in front of customers. I unfortunately do not know his name, but this man needs help with getting his staff members to work more independently and he needs to be given some sort of recognition and award for all his efforts. He really holds that store together and really needs a large raise in his pay. He deserves every penny of it. Read moreThe service was absolutely Horrible. We Waited like 20 mins. There was nobody at the register to take any orders. I believe we had three people in front of us. I went to the side and there was a worker. I kindly asked the lady worker if anybody was able to work the register? It seemed to bother her. Her response was I'm the only one here. Her question was what you want me to do in a attitude manner ? I then seen another young male worker going back and forth taking care of the drive thru customers. It seemed to me more cars through the drive thru were taking priority over the cash register. I also noticed what I believed to be managers one male and woman with blue shirts. I kindly asked them if it would be possible to have someone come to the register. With no response about 5 mins later the young woman employee came to the cash register. We finally got to the front and was able to place a order. As if we weren't waiting long enough, the order came back all wrong. Then it was absolutely a problem trying to get the right items. All in all. Our family was frustrated and inconvenienced. We spent all morning traveling from New York and was absolutely hungry and disappointed. I understand the business can be hard work.
