The service at this location continues to be atrocious. My wife, young son, and I waited 5 cars back in the drive-thru beginning at 9:20pm. We reached the order screen at 9:40 and was asked to wait. At 9:45 we were asked for our order. As we pulled around the corner, we saw a gold star in one of the drive-thru windows that said "DT Goal: 90 secs." We were initially a bit relieved as we noticed there was only one car ahead of us shortly after placing our order. However, considering we did not leave until 9:55pm, and this was after being handed food without the drink we ordered, I would say this 90 second goal should be amended to 10 minutes per customer as this seems a more likely wait time for a Filet o Fish meal. Additionally, the food was quite cold when we arrived at our home just 5 short minutes after receiving it.
We are very unhappy with the service, especially since we had terrible service three months ago and we received a letter ensuring us the service situation would be looked at. Either this never happened, or it hardly had any lasting effect. I urge the regional manager and/or a higher level of management to look into this restaurant as it seems to be habitually dissatisfying customers, as evidenced by its 2/5 star rating on Google Maps at the time of...
Read moreThis location has no sense what’s so ever as it applies to moving with any kind of urgency and always have attitudes in the morning. They also occasionally locked the doors in the morning and after me calling I found out their suppose to do that. Today was my last straw something has to change at this location and I will be contact corporate not long about today’s experience but previous experiences as well. How rude is it to say to people that have already been waiting in line for more close to 20 minutes “If they got time to come in then they can wait a little more.” Two regular women usually be in the front working in the morning and excuse me for saying but if they got time to stand around and talk and one I usually see her on her cell phone constantly in the morning then they can utilize that same “TIME” to be taking the customers that are waiting in the inside orders instead of having them wait and the line continues to get longer. Which was definitely the case today. And that smart comment about “they can wait” was made after a older man simply asked politely at that, how much longer would it be on his order? Read moreRude, rude, rude, gremlin (looks and attitude), that waited on me! I complained to management, NO GOOD. I sent in complaint, no response yet. I am having wayyyyy too many issues with the cheap spots, when all I typically want, is coffee. I have to admit, I love McDonald's coffee. I did, originally order food here, due to the fact that I was not alone. The workers at these fast food joints tend to have limited education and therefore, severely lack, in basic customer service skills, or any skills, for that matter. High school and entry level college students, working fast food is acceptable and expected, in tons of instances. The other workers, with nothing more going on, are the ones with the overabundance of poor, inexcusable, customer service skills and what reeks the most, is the fact that tons of these high profile businesses, DO NOT CARE. Cook, eat and thrive on your OWN HEALTHY, clean and nutrient dense meals, prepared AT HOME! I know this is a long shot, due to work, etc., but we HAVE to make time for food prep, the same as we do for everything else!
