Unfortunately, I am having to come back and write a terrible review for this place.. once my favorite place to get dessert, turned into a nightmare.
They have multiple times had their POS system shut down , and my latest visit this happened again and I was left sitting there for 35 minutes until another gentleman came in and the cashier (Alitza) proceeded to check him out before me and I was left waiting another 30 minutes because it shut down after she checked out the gentleman.
I have the reward system so I was coming in for a free Paleta and it was taken off my account without me having even gotten one.
Not to mention, they don’t even have a real manager on site . I need a manager’s number ASAP, so that I can recover my points and complain about this terrible experience to someone over the phone. I won’t be coming back for sure.. The girl then said that she didn’t understand or comprehend why I was frustrated . Especially being a longtime customer...

It was so heavy that when I tried to pick it up, it fell off the stick and I had to try to use the stick as a spoon.
They're still new, so I'm hoping it'll get better. They're still really good, but there's definitely room for...

When you enter the shop, you can choose the type of paleta you'd like - they range from indulgent filled paletas to regular gelato flavors to juice based flavors (dairy free option).
Then, you can have your paletas dipped from a choice of four dippings and then topped with an even larger amount of toppings.
Prices for a paleta itself is about $5 and about $1 for each dip/topping.
I ordered the strawberry cheesecake dipped in crunchy hazelnut and it was delicious!
The only downside is I wish they had more...
