I was able to fully evaluate the chair in-person before purchasing, and Rick made himself available multiple times after my chair arrived to do a thorough virtual demo and answer follow-up questions I had. One bit of advice I would make is to review your corporate discount programs before making a purchase. I am so fortunate that my employer offers a really nice discount for Herman Miller office furniture. This discount helped a lot.
