Lack of meat sauce and professionalism. 2 stars because you guys forgot to pour on the one thing on the menu that says MUST HAVE! The meat hot sauce. The thing that makes a garbage plate a garbage plate. We walked several blocks after receiving our order and it was very disappointing sitting down and discovering that there was no meat sauce.

Y’all have a great concept. The garbage plate is amazing. But when we are your only customer at the window I expect the order to be correct and complete. The macaroni salad was very tasty and the home fries were cooked really well - but mac salad and home fries do not alone make a proper garbage plate. We also asked for condiments on the side and onions and those were omitted as well!!

I’m all for ripping cigs if you’ve got the time, smoke em if you got em, but not at the cost of being attentive to a paying customer. At $16-$20 a plate, please be more professional and pay closer attention to the people who are willing to exchange their money for...

As someone from Rochester this was a pleasant surprise to find while on an out of town trip. The trash plate lived up to the real authentic Rochester experience! As always...
