The beer here was great! The location was fun and even though busy, didn't feel crowded, and we got GREAT service from all of the staff. They did however lose a star due to their on-site eatery, Twisted Eats. As a note, if I could review just Twisted Eats, It would be a 2 at best. Our party stopped in here on our way back to Raleigh, NC from Atlanta. I was excited to give the brewery a try, and we picked this spot specifically because they had food on site. Unfortunately, the food is just not good. We tried the bacon crunch, the chic n' waffle wrap, the cuban, the mac 'n cheese egg roll, and the beer cheese. The only things of these that I found to be particularly appetizing were the beer cheese with the pretzel roll, which were as-advertized, and the mac and cheese egg roll, and that was so greasy as to be off-putting. The waffle on the chicken and waffle was completely soaked through with grease, soggy and unappetizing (the chicken, while greasy, was flavorful). The bacon crisp snacks taste like burnt bacon and are like chewing sand (this may be what they're going for, but I didn't find it pleasant). The cuban was heavy and soggy. Overall, the food experience was just extremely heavy, and some of it (like the waffle portion of the waffle wrap and the bacon crisps) completely inedible. I don't know if it was just an off night, or if this is normal but if we make it back to this brewery, I won't be trying the food again.
