I WILL NOT waste my time with this place anymore. How does a pizza chain as big as Pizza Hut operate with two people who don't have a clue? It doesn't. I could write a book about my experience with them today. I've never been told sooo many lies and have been sooo disrespected by a manager and the one employee. I placed an online order for delivery at 6:00 pm. ETA 6:55. Call at 7:20 to see if the pizza was coming and was told they had bigger orders to fry and they were busy but the pizza was in route and it would be there shortly. I asked them if the pizza was actually with the delivery person because the tracker showed it was still being processed. I was advised it was with the delivery person. Call back at 7:45 and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. I was told they don't know when it will be delivered because the delivery guy was in traffic from an accident. I said someone should have called to let me know and why is the tracker showing my order still processing? The employee, Lisa Marie said the delivery person has my food and she doesn't know why it's showing that. I asked how long it would be if I placed another order for carryout. She said I don't know. I said cancel the order and I need a refund. Lisa Marie said she told the manager (Vanessa) and she would call me shortly to confirm the refund. I never received a call. At 8:15 the delivery person shows up and said he just picked up the order 10 minutes ago and they said nothing about it being cancelled. I said so did you have my order while you were in traffic? He said no, I just left the restaurant with your food and one other order 10 minutes ago. I said it's not your fault, gave him a tip and took my food. The pizza was cold and the wings were cold and soggy. Somebody was lying. I called and asked for the manager and was screened before she placed me on hold again. She never picked up so I went to the Pizza Hut location. I was told that the manager (Vanessa) was busy but to give her a few minutes and she would come talk to me. I said okay I'll wait. I asked her if she had a few minutes to voice my concerns and she said no and to come back tomorrow to talk to Ray because she was just filling in. So I say filling in or not you are the manager so why come to speak to me if you don't have time to talk? I told you I can wait. She tells me to hurry up because she doesn't have time. I asked her if she got the message that the order was cancelled. She asked the one employee, Lisa Marie and Lisa's response was that she wrote it down on a piece of paper to give to her but she put it somewhere in the back. Read moreOne must edit reviews when appropriate and be mindful to give people a chance. We have all been there and had bad days. Mistakes do not make bad people. Communicating opportunities can lead to improvement. My most recent experience was online once again. The updates were running, and the app states that my order was ready. Upon arriving, the ladies were busy taking care of several people. I was addressed and asked for the name on my order. Payment was made for my order, and it was promptly brought to me. The service was on point, and the Pizza was excellent. Complements to the Team.
Where does one begin. I placed an order at 6:09PM for a Pizza of My choice. Shortly after placing the order on line, I noticed that there may be a mistake. I place a call to make sure the order us correct. I explain to the young lady what the internet was of my call. She very politely said please hold. So I did, hold that is. To see what the level of Customer Service is, I remained on hold. I had time to drive and pickup my order, mind you while playing the "On hold" loop, pick up my order, drive home AND still on hold. I am including a screenshot to show just how long I was on hold. Here is the clincher, while posting this review, I choose to let the call run, thinking someone would pick up. Read moreTo begin with, this Pizza Hut functions only as a pickup or delivery location as there are no tables upon which to feast. Having said this, one would expect the location to be fast.....ish. It's not. I will give the location credit: I placed an online order to be ready at a later time, and it was ready when I picked it up. However, the cheese had the "I've been sitting in the warmer for quite some time now" look. Another online order forecasted a time of 12:25, which was ready 9 minutes and 24 seconds later. It wasn't busy, so I can only assume their oven was only functioning at half the efficiency they anticipated. On another hand, the staff is always friendly and the location is clean...at least from the vantage point the customers are restricted to. If the staff spent a tad more time in the pizza cutting process, it's possible my OCD would not have kicked in because of how drastically different the pizza slices we're...but then my pizza would not have been as less late as it was. I will point out the LED Edison-style bulb in one of the pendant lights hanging above the cash registers was not functional. Pizza Hut should not be blamed for this as they rightfully depended on the LED bulb to last the 100 or so years the bulbs are...
