Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Charlotte

If I hadn't been given a free pizza credit for the absolute incompetence of this place, I would have never made the 3rd visit.

My first visit was mediocre at best. Crust wasn't seasoned, the ingredients were anemic, and the dough was not cooked all the way. The second time, I ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza, but when I opened it after I got home, it was a cheese pizza. I called and told them what happened, so they gave me a free pizza credit. The next day, I came back. 30 minutes after I ordered my free/credited pizza after being told it would be ready in 17 minutes, the cashier said they didn't have an order for me. I called the number back to verify I was at the correct location, and they confirmed I was. I went back inside to let them know that the number I ordered from told me that I was at the correct location and that the pizza was ready. She stuck with her original story that they didn't have an order for me, but one of the 8 patiently waiting patrons pointed up at the screen and said, "look, his name is up there." I looked up, and sure enough, my name was not only up there, and it said my pizza was ready. The cashier then said, "Oh yeah, we have it being made right now." 20 more minutes pass by, and I finally got my pizza. When I got back to my vehicle, I noticed there was no safety sticker on the box, and there was a white pet hair on the pizza. I just threw the whole thing away. Not only was my experience absolutely unconscionable, but this place hasn't been thoroughly cleaned in what seems like years. All of the glass on the windows, refrigerators, and doors are coated with a layer of grease/scum. The floor is gritty. The kitchen is a mess. Like, have some pride in your work, people! What in the world is wrong with this place!?!?!?!? I don't care if they gave me free pizza for a year. I. WILL....

ZERO STARS !!!!! I’m Very Appalled Of This Pizza Hut . Not Only Was The time Frame Ridiculous But The Lady Inside Work The Front of the house on sunday August 8th Around 9:30pm Attitude was Very rude and not welcoming and didn’t want to help anyone . We ordered online for delivery At 7:45pm We Didn’t Receive Our Food Till 9:50pm We Received A Call From A “Door dasher” he Had The Wrong Address we told him the correct one and said he was 17 minutes away that he couldn’t come , and that the store gave him that address. I tried contacting the store multiple times and was transferred to the location I ordered from and no one picked up was on hold for a good hour. Door dash customer service contacted us and told us the driver would take the food back to the store . Went to the store . Waiting around 5/8 minutes spoke to the lady she literally told me “I have nothing to do with that” soon as I was speaking to her the door dasher came and she told us to take the food she didn’t do anything for the inconvenience of telling the driver a wrong address while the correct address was on the sticker didn’t offer to remake our food or do anything about the delivery fee not to mention we ordered a super supreme and added topping and we did not receive that ! (Imagines shown below) I wouldn’t mind waiting the time if I had got a fresh pizza ! Point wasted and money wasted stay far away from this Pizza Hut unless you have hours to play...

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT !!! First of all I ordered a order of wings (8) and a order of apple pies . I was told it would only take 45mins to an hour. I DID NOT receive my order until about 1hr and 20mins later . On yeah on top of that my food was not fresh & also ordered a side of ranch which I paid 50cent for and did not recive . Instead of going all the way back to Pizza Hut the delivery guy was nice enough to stop at the KFC where I worked and bring me ranch from there , I accepted. But then I called and told them my food wasn’t fresh and I waited over an hour and if I could just get credit because I was getting off of work soon and wasn’t going to be there by time they dropped the delivery off they said no the would just make me they’re first priority and it would be 20mins, I accepted. 30mins go by NO FOOD so I called back and told them to give me the credit and I wasn’t waiting any longer . THEY TOLD ME SHE ALREADY PUT IN FOR ME TO GET A $10 credit and my food was $15 but nobody ever told me that she said they would deliver me fresh food in 20mins so basically was waiting for nothing !!! A couple days later I decide to use my $10 credit all I ordered was wings and a drink it took them over an hour AGAIN ! And my food was disgusting AGAIN ! And they forgot my ranch AGAIN!!!! So never AGAIN will I order from...
