If I can give them 0 stars I would! The worst customer experience of my life; especially from a GM (Jeremy). I ordered pizzas right before 9pm with a wait time of 75-85 minutes according to the website. Called to check on order approximately 10:15 pm to be told the pizza was out for delivery. Called back at 10:40 to check again on pizzas and was told again the pizzas was out for delivery. I then requested to speak with the manager. General Manager by the name of Jeremy answered the call and instead of being apologetic or helpful in the delivery of the poor customer service, was defending the service by indicating that the wait time was 2.5 hours since 5pm. I advised that the website did not inform that and had I known, would have opted for pickup for I only reside 10 minutes away. He then argumentativley asked why was I just calling and I advised that this was my 2nd call and because I was told the pizzas was out for delivery was trying to be patient. He then asked me to prove what the delivery wait time indicated in the email in which i verified it said 93-103 minutes there. While that was different from website, it still did not accurately denote the 2.5 hour wait manager was indicating and both times had been surpassed! I questioned the customer service and informed that I was very disappointed that the poor customer service was not a priority! Manager did offer to remake the pizzas and have them sent back out but it was now almost 11pm and my family was now starving. I was offered a credit for next time but honestly there will not be a next time due to this experience! Manager then informs that he will not be doing anything for me because of how I was handling the poor experience. I'm now appalled, what have I done wrong? I tipped the driver for her patience while I was speaking to the manager and refused the cold pizzas that my family had waited 2 hours on. I did not sign the credit card transaction and sent pizzas back with driver. The driver apologized and indicated she would void my slip. Called today to follow up on my credit card transaction and spoke to now the assistant manager. In her frustration she told me there was nothing she could do and to call back to speak with Jeremy at 4pm. I work in customer service and I'm just not understanding who is responsible for delivering good customer service in this organization! I'm also not understanding how there is noone that can do absolutely nothing for a customer when they are delivered terrible customer service due to no fault of the customer! I was simply trying to feed my family timely! Nevertheless I have placed a call to customer service in an attempt to get my monies back for the pizzas that I sent back! Not only did I not accept the dinner from Pizza Hut but had to leave out at approximately 11:30 to still feed my family! DO NOT EAT HERE! Read moreOn 8/6/23, I ordered pickup...My total about $69. I waited about 30 mins or so and then headed to get the order. We got there a little before they closed about 15 minutes (per google). When we got there the young lady at the front (had long lashes...just in case you can figure out who this is)...told my friend that went in, she called and no one answered to say the order couldn't be completed. My friend came and got me to see if I received a call. I advised her I did not. When I went in I advised the young lady I didn't receive a call and showed my phone and asked what were they going to do to fix or compensate me for my order and time. She said there was nothing they could do because (and yes this is written on receipt) they can not sub another pizza for the square pizza and they were out of square pizza dough. I asked for mgr and she stated the same she couldn't make any of my order because she couldn't sub a circle pizza for the square pizza they didn't have. If she did I would have to pay more for the circle pizza. I advised the mgr I didn't get a call and showed my call log. The young lady with the lashes called the number she said was mine and my phone didn't ring. I had my friend call me standing in front of them and the phone rung. I told her to call my phone again and she did and the phone number she dialed went to a voice mail. I asked her did she call my number and she said I called the number on the receipt (which was mine) but what she didn't know is my voicemail is NOT setup so I knew the number she dialed in front of her mgr WAS NOT mine. I asked the mgr once more if she could just make the pizza with the circle pizzas because I wasn't paying the extra, being the call was never placed and for the inconvenience. She wouldn't do anything and honestly, the lash girl had a smirk on her face and the mgr looked/acted very aggravated. If you have cameras there go back and look. I said you know what I'm not going to argue about it any more because she was not doing anything for me, for their mishap and I advised I would be calling corporate. Read moreI wish I could give this location 0 stars because they are always problematic when it comes to time, accuracy, and taste! I ordered the Tuesday special of $2 personal pan pizzas and apparently so did everyone in my area. When I arrived, the line was out the door and down the sidewalk. After waiting in line for about 20 minutes, another customer comes out to tell us that she was leaving despite being in line since 3:30 and it was 6:45 at this time(My order was to be ready at 6:09). She informed us that they were behind almost 200 orders and that we probably wouldnt be receiving our food. She also told us that we would have to stand in that long line even if we wanted a refund. There were so many people waiting that they eventually just started handing out random pizzas to the people who had been there the longest. I waited in line a total of an hour and a half just to be told that if I still wanted my pizza I would be waiting for another hour at least. Only 3 customers walked out of those doors with pizza during the entire ordeal. I never learned what caused the delay but I'm sure it had something to do with the 4 employees arguing with each other instead of making the food.
