Treasure Junkies Estate Sales — Local services in Charlotte

I recently had the pleasure of attending my first Treasure Junkie sale. I am a avid estate sale shopper & have gone to hundreds of sales in NC, SC and surrounding states. This company has hands down perfected the Estate Sale experience. Their processes have been perfected & quite honestly set the bar of what other companies should strive for. On sale day there is sign up sheet out an hour or more before sale. So, no having to stand in line in before sale. Once inside & shopping I never had a full bag or hands. There were “runners” that would take my items & put them outside in a bin with my name. I could shop easily without lugging heavy items around. Amazing!! Once I finished shopping I went to hold area where I found my bin with my name. My bin had all my items & talley sheet with all items &’prices written down!! All I had to do was take my sheet & go pay. Absolutely, fast efficient process. Last , but surely not least the prices were fabulous. They were absolutely reasonable & no one was grumbling about prices as you usually hear at sales. This was my first sale but it will not be my last. Samantha and her team were outstanding. For those who do not know the business, estate sales are extremely challenging. As I own a restoration company, I am familiar with the handling of people’s personal assets after fires and floods. Because of this, I stayed out of their way and let them handle everything after my mother passed away unexpectedly. Samantha set expectations upfront and carried through successfully without any humps in the road.

Trust: Samantha and her team found personal effects that I had no idea my mother had. She invited me to come to my moms house and evaluate them before making a decision to keep or sell.

The sale: amazing client existing client base and following. 100’s of people showed up (the neighbors told me). Recommendation: do not show up to your own estate sale

The process: it took a team of 5-6 all week to get set up and set up the presentation for the sale. A lot goes on behind the scene.

The final result: 100 percent success.

Samantha (owner) also the "heavy set" woman you pointed out in your post is extremely passionate about her business and making certain her customers are always treated with kindness and respect. Both her and her team are an amazing group who make for a welcoming positive estate sale experience. They are compassionate, help[ful, courteous, friendly, attentive, very organized and the prices are always fair and consistent. In their defense, Estate sales can be chaotic from time to time, and everything doesn't always go as planned. Samantha exudes customer service and goes out of her way to provide the best experience for her customers at her sales.
