Review for Starbucks Sunset Road:

My experience at Starbucks Sunset Road was nothing short of delightful. The staff member who assisted us was not only friendly and patient but went above and beyond to help my daughters make decisions on which new summer drinks to order. The service was exceptional, and we felt welcomed right from the start.

The highlight of our visit was the quick and spot-on execution of the handcrafted beverages whipped up by the skilled baristas. Each drink was made with care and precision, resulting in a truly enjoyable experience.

I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the store, including the restrooms. A clean environment is always appreciated and speaks volumes about the attention to detail and care put into the overall operation.

As for the menu items we tried, the iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso was a refreshing and delicious choice. The Summer Skies boba drink and Summer Berry Lemonade boba drink were both bursting with flavor and the perfect choice for a warm day. To top it off, the Orange Cream Cake Pop was a delightful treat that complemented our drinks perfectly.

Overall, Starbucks Sunset Road exceeded my expectations in terms of service, cleanliness, and menu offerings. I will definitely be returning to enjoy more of their summer delights in the future.

At first i loved coming here or any Starbucks but now its a waste of money. Only thing i get is a mocha cookie crumble frappe and a sausage muffin. Sausage muffins are bland and microwaved to long which made the bread tough. Jelly couldnt even help with flavor. My biggest issue is every time i get a frappe i dont even get down the street its watery. Ive asked several times for it not to be blended to much because it gets watered down way to fast. Even adding extra ice they then dont add more flavor which makes it taste watery instead of being thick with flavor. Its a shame McDonald's has a machine that blends there's that u cant change settings nd there's is icy like a frappe should be. Ive seen the blenders in the stores nd if people would listen to my order i wouldnt have this problem because your blender settings can change. Tired of paying $6 for whip cream and liquid! Yall tryna hide the liquid with the whip cream and it doesn't work, im not stupid. As u see in photo drink all liquid and whip cream ive barely drank any and i live 2 min down the streer from starbucks....

I’m not even gone lie to you, i rarely ever give reviews. They were so nasty to me. They told me that i need to show them ID Bc im a partner which i understood. I said okay and i started looking for my ID but then someone else proceeds to come to the window as if they were trying to reinforce that they needed the ID as i was being uncooperative. I actually work for this company so regardless whether i work for them or not the service that i receive should not be short and dismissive. I left and came back to reorder after retrieving my ID from home and i got to the drive thru line to reorder and they completely ignored me and i had to ask them if they were listening bc nothing was coming on the screen . They were going to make me repeat the entire order again just to say they were going to give me the watered down drinks and cold food that i previously ordered. They were barely listening to me when i came inside to get them to remake etc. it was just and uncomfortable rude experience. I’m...
