Worst starbucks customer service/quality of product I have EVER been to or experienced.
Placed a mobile order and pulled up at estimated time. After telling them I had a mobile order for Steph, he preceded with "It was placed one minute ago, so were still making that up for you. You can pull around though"
Treated me like I had placed my order as I was speaking to him, and came across very rude.
I ordered 2 upside down caramel macchiatos w/ sweet cream cold foam.
I knew the moment I saw the drinks they weren't going to be good. Ice was more than half way melted. Looked as if they'd been sitting for 20 minutes and cold foam looked lumpy.
This is the most concerning part. Cold foam has a smooth texture. If you get it you know what I mean. The cold foam actually had like curdles in it. Not sure if the ingredients were old or was made in something with old in it but I immediately went inside and requested Java Chip Fraps.
"So you just want an all around completely different drink?". Yes. Even though they are less expensive. Yep sign me up!
The whole time im waiting on my drink, the manager and drive thru rep are cutting up, never stop talking. Meanwhile for some reason there's a long line of drinks that look melted and unappetizing. This whole time it isn't like theyre crazy busy. I get the remade drinks and am still just as disappointed. 😑😪 just tastes bitter/old.
I will never be returning based off the way the orginal drink tasted and replacement. Not sure if ingredients are old/setting out or whats going on but the cream curdled in the cold foam and then the same exact tastes in the Fraps is SO concerning.
I will be contacting the store tomorrow morning to request a refund. So disappointed with the customer service and quality...

Just a Venti White chocolate cream frappe with an espresso shot. She proceeds to ask me a million questions about adding the expresso shot. I called my friend because this is her order She repeats it the same way I asked for it. Rhian starts talking over me and speaking to me in a condescending tone. At that point, I asked for someone else’s help because I didn’t understand why she was being so rude. She’s actually the manager! Another team member took my order and said adding an expression shot to the frappe was no problem. Well if that’s the case, why am I going down a. Rabbit hole with this manager about whether it’s a mocha frappe or if we wanted caffeine? If she’s asking for an expression shot I would assume she wants caffeine. But hey, what do I know!

Read moreI understand people need to go home but this is a business. Because of that employees don't leave until their work is done and building is clean. So telling people that you have closed at 9:15 pm when your sign says closed at 9:30pm i know someone isn't doing their job. Especially when my i used to be a employee and know that even if the starbucks employee doesn't want to they have to still make Frappuccinos until 9:30pm. The company didn't pay for that equipment for nothing. I will say this to the owner look at your revenue and ask why after 8pm sales drop significantly compared to other areas or the other starbucks down the road.
P.S your employees who closed early made my wife cry. (
With love from a former employee of starbucks that had to make Frappuccinos until 9:35 because last customers walked in at 9:25. And said employee didn't end up going home until 10:05 pm...
