Why is this place out of every non-dairy option for the last 4 weeks? Do you have something against lactose intolerance or do you just not care. When I asked why there was no coconut milk, I was told supplies were going to be short until June which makes no sense because the Starbucks uptown told me there is no shortage. I also could not order Oatmilk or Almond milk. To add further frustration, now they aren’t just short on non-dairy options but they closed the lobby as well so I had to wait 10 minutes to pick-up my online order. The person at the drive thru seemed confused that I was picking up my online order in the drive thru. The cake topper was that they apologized for the lobby being closed by giving me a $4 gift card that had no activation code or receipt so when I tried to use it at another Starbucks, they said it was no good.
There is something really wrong with the manager at this store. It isn’t the workers, it is definitely the manager because this should not be happening. Please improve your store before I call your corporate offices. This is absurd. Don’t tell your employees you are short when you are just terrible at ordering appropriately for your store and having them hand out fake gift cards. You should be ashamed.

Before you could tell the staff genuinely cared for their customers&the products the customers were paying for especially Kirsten, Mary Catherine and a few of the other girls on staff.
NOW! They're are new faces yes, one Zella is very friendly and kind. The other girls working there...especially the slender&blonde one is RUDE, not helpful, never smiles and comes off with a HUGE& snooty attitude and she has on multiple occasions. This review is not after one time.
The QUALITY IS AWFUL. The product quality at this location has PLUMMETED. Now, the product is rarely consistent and is mediocre at best. If one is to spend THAT LARGE of an amount of MONEY on a " treat" for themselves in this also plummeting economy, it has better be worth it. This location IS NOT!!!
It is a rarity for this location to offer a consistent and well made product combined with a friendly face, no matter what time of day...better chance of seeing a 🐖 🐷 freaking fly..

Read moreI usually don't write complaints but I was very frustrated with my experience at this location this morning. I went through the drive through and waited at the order screen for 5 mins and I called out to see if anyone could hear me but there was no response. So I figured the screen was broken and I drove forward to place my order at the window. I explained to the cashier what happened and she said it was OK for me to place my order with her at the window. She was having some trouble with her computer and called over a colleague. This colleague then comes to the window and asks me 'what's the problem?'. I wasn't aware there was a problem. I explained to her the situation with not being able to hear anyone through the order screen and she proceeds to tell me that I need to go back around the building and get in line behind the other cars and order again. I asked if there was anyway I could place the order here like I've done before when there's been a broken screen? But she made no effort to offer any other solution other than to get in the back of the now long line and try ordering again.
