Very bad experience at this store. I went into the store on Wed. night to purchase a quick outfit for an event. I headed to the fitting room asking if I could try 2 outfits on. The associate looked me up and down, and then said let me ask, meanwhile; there is a White lady in the dressing room recieving the best customer service you could ask for. So the manager says go ahead and let her go, very opposite of the energy she gave the White customer in the fitting room. I was confused that their energy toward me was very different than the White customer, so I asked why is there a problem with me getting a fitting room . She replied again with an attitude, and a grimace on her face as if I didn't have the right to ask. After getting into the fitting room with the door ajar the 3 associates go into a huddle and talk loud enough for me to know they were talking about me. At this point I didnt bother to ask anymore question, but the "Mean girl" behavior continued. Since then I reached out to a manager, but the store manager has yet to call. I don’t usually write reviews but everytime I walk into this store I can’t believe how uncomfortable the women that work here make me feel. I’ve also read some of the other reviews from other customers as well who have had the same experience I have and I can guarantee the workers also are super rude to caucasians like myself as well. The women that work here are insanely snobby and rude. As I was checking out there were three women behind the desk standing and gossiping about another worker as she’s checking me out. Barely even looking at me or acknowledging I was there listening to them. Like I said I don’t usually post reviews but the women that work here are so snobby and definitely come across as “mean girls” gossiping about others. That is not how you do business. First time at this specific location and definitely my last. There were at least 3 people working and not one person acknowledged me the entire time. The store was NOT busy at all. I was carrying multiple items around the store for probably 10 minutes and had sales associates putting clothes back right next to me (!!), and not once did they say hello or ask if I wanted a fitting room. Then, as I browsed the sale section, two employees just stood gossiping and whispering to each other about who knows what. When I asked for a room finally it felt like I was being inconvenient to the lady who opened it. Horrible customer service. As a former clothing retail manager, I would be ashamed of myself if this was my store.
