I've visited this location on numerous occasions and while I've never had a perfect visit, I've never made a big deal about it since it's a fast food chain and expecting perfection is a bit unreasonable.
However, I just visited tonight and the experience was enough for me to vow to never return. I always order plain bean burritos as I don't eat meat. Tonight when I placed this order, I get home, bite into the burrito, and it's full of beef. I was shocked to say the least as I don't remember the last time I've had beef.
I call the restaurant to report the issue and the lack of concern for the mess up really surprised me. The person on the line stated that I could come back in and they would remake my order and throw in a complimentary dessert. I stated that I just wanted my correct order, nothing more.
Returning to the restaurant, I was met with flippant attitudes and laughter. The frontline staff didn't seem to be aware of my reasoning for returning, and the manager never acknowledged me. Instead, the staff made faces at each other while they prepared my new order. Once my order was complete, they handed me the new bag of food with no apology or concern for messing up my order in such a big way.
I'm a reasonable person and understand mistakes happen which is why I felt it fair to give them the opportunity to acknowledge and correct their mistake. However, after seeing their lack of concern and rudeness as if it was no big deal has guaranteed that I will no longer patron there. I will also be reaching out to the General Manager as they should look into customer service training for current and...
Read moreIt’s tacos, why can’t you get it right? Where to begin. Let’s start with the excessive wait times in the drive thru at non peak hours. I’ve learned at this point that I can park my car and go inside, order, and get back in my car before people in the drive thru have gotten their orders. When I do go through the drive thru my order is NEVER right. Tonight I ordered 2 bean burritos and a soft taco. 3 items total. No taco in my bag. They ask what kind of sauce I want, I tell them mild, I get hot sauce. The staff look miserable and are rude. You may want to take a page from Chick Fil A on how to treat customers. Last time I went in to order I got a bean burrito, they have me a cheesy bean burrito which is not the same at all. I told them and the staff proceeded to “educate” me on the menu and what I ordered. I order the same 3 items every time I go in. It’s not a difficult order. 2 bean burritos and a soft taco with mild sauce packets. I’d love for someone from this location or corporate to respond to this post and explain to me why this is so complicated to get right? Thank you for making me pay for items once again that I never got in my bag. I’m tempted to drive back up there to get my taco but it would cost me more in gas than the taco is worth and let’s face it, they will probably screw it up anyways. Get your act together or shut down this location.
One more thing. When someone orders a bean burrito, please actually put some beans in it. I’m tired of eating tortillas with essence of beans inside. If I wanted tortillas, I’d go to the store with my $3 and buy a whole bag of them. You are...
Read moreI had a pretty sizeable order with roughly 10 items for two different people. Knowing that it can be annoying for servers to take and make that many orders at once, I decided to order ahead online, thinking it'd be easier for them. I also did this because I had specific changes to each thing I ordered, the main one being no sour cream and no tomatoes. I received an email confirmation saying my order was ready, but when I got to the window to pick it up, I had to wait about 10 minutes as they made my order. I didn't mind waiting, and the staff were very nice, but I thought it odd I got an email saying my order was ready when it wasn't. Due to the wait, about 10 cars were behind me. On my way home, it occurred to me I should check my order. Not only did I not get two items I ordered, but they got every order wrong, adding sour cream and tomatoes which I specifically requested to remove! Frustrated, I drove back to the restaurant, but the drive through now had 15 + people. Starving at this point and tired, I drove home deciding I'd just eat it. It's almost as if they put extra sour cream, because it was practically dumping out of the items, leaving two completely inedible. Fortunately, my mom's order was right, but she said that they barely put any of the add-ins she requested...
