Went to this location around 11pm (they close at 2am) to grab a quick snack after a long day. Initially, upon pulling up, it seemed as though they were closed because the lights were out and there were no signs of life. I circled the building and noticed the ordering menu was lit up and a car was in the drive thru. I pulled back around to give my order, no one spoke until I said hello (about 2-2.5 minutes). When taking the order I was told they were out of nearly all drinks and many condiments (BBQ sauce, Honey mustard things like that). Ok, fine, no problem with that, things happen. Placed my order, waited about 7 or 8 minutes to finally get to the window (there was 1 car in front of me). Got to the window, loud (very loud) music was playing coming from inside the restaurant, wasn't greeted and just a hand came out for the payment. Ok, fine, whatever, you get used to lackluster service so I dismissed it. Was then handed the food (after a mixup) without any acknowledgment and the window immediately shut. Food was almost half tossed into my hands. I get the food and it's cold. Fries had presumably been sitting for a while, nuggets were not fresh and it was just an overall disappointment. I didn't go back and say anything because by this point my time was worth more than going back and probably having anything I may have reordered have something done to it. We have to do better at caring about what we provide people (level of service, quality of food (of somethingis supposedto be hot, it shouldbe hot), etc). I know this is a fast food spot, but that shouldn't mean that I expect less out of the establishment. While yes my expectations are lower than a 5 star restaurant this particular experience was less than a -5 star experience. Hire better. Lead...

I said the app won't let me because you opened it on your side to fill it. I was told well I can't help you. She walked away. Then an associate came to the window with my partial order and said we can't refund the part we don't have. The app has to do that. I said but you owe me a little over $7. I need a manager. I rude MOD came back to the window and said like I said I can't help you. I don't know how the app works. I said but what about my money she said the app has to refund the order. I said it can't you started the fill on your end. She said I'm trying to go home and you had me come back for this. Ok whose the GM she said she's not here it's her day off. I said what does that have to do with me. She said I can text her but she ain't going to respond today. At this point I'm getting frustrated. I said but why the attitude. So you wanted me to leave with no food since you couldn't cancel partial order instead of offering a solution to the problem. Sucking her teeth and side-eyeing me she said what do you want then. I said drinks she had us pull up. Clearly not the value of what she owed me but major attitude like it was my fault you opened the order without knowing what you had in stock. Like seriously today would be the last day if it were my store you give attitude to my customers. If I was doing a mystery shop of this store today. An F would have been the result. I have never had a store tell me to F off without making me the customer whole. I'm annoyed and all my man wanted for father's day was cookies. Read moreMultiple times I’ve tried giving these guys chances and each time they disappoint me. First time I went sat in the drive thru for an hour no apology nothing . Fries were so crispy there was nothing on the inside. I didn’t attempt to call because it was late (still unacceptable) Chicken sandwich was sloppily made and fries were everywhere in the bag except the fry cup. Today I went with a friend and we ordered yet again the $4for$4 (I am unable to eat beef so we always get chicken sandwiches and chicken nuggets and fries) we asked for barbecue sauce and there was no sauce in the bag. We asked for chicken sandwiches and I got a plain cheeseburger and she got a cheeseburger with lettuce and extra stuff on it. We got two frostys and I should’ve gotten a small if I knew they were going to barley fill the cup up. We tried to ask the rude employee who did our frostys just for more napkins but she slammed the window close so we just drove off even after my friend said thank you she said nothing so I yelled back “you’re welcome” I attempted to call the store to inform of the mix up of sandwiches no one answered. I called 8 times. What is the point of having a phone or even a manager if no one answers the phone. We were visiting family and live 30 minutes away in locust. It was a simple mistake we would’ve gladly patiently waited for but this Wendy’s is so unprofessional and the employees are all rude and half the time they are sitting in the lobby on their phones and we can literally see them while we are waiting in the ridiculous line.
