This is an add-on from my most recent visit from last night. The bathroom was the best part of my visit. Most likely, the cleanest restroom that I've ever visited, inside of a fast food establishment. As per usual, the drive-thru was still perpetually backed up. So I've taken to going inside and ordering my food. And whoever the gentleman was that had the keys for the cash register in the purple sweater/shirt (Mgr.Asst. Mgr)last night. It shouldn't take you 5-10 minutes to find the register keys. It took almost 1 hour for me to receive my very uncomplicated food order. And yes, there were at least 7 people working. There was no shortage of staff. Initially, there were 3 cars in front of us when we pulled into the drive-thru. One of the drivers ahead of us ended up driving off due to the lengthy wait. Now we were down to 3 cars, including ours, and it still took us in excess of 20+ minutes to give our order and be served. Personally, I don't think that this is a very good business practice, especially since you advertise yourself as fast food. Multiple drivers in line behind us also drove off as well, due to the extremely slow service. When we finally arrived at the drive-thru window to pick up our food, I noticed at least a handful of people working in the restaurant. There shouldn't have been any reason whatsoever for length of time that it took for us to receive our food. They lost as many customers as they served while I was there. Go somewhere else for your next meal, the food here is definitely not worth the wait. If you took the time to read this review, please take a 1/2 second and click like. Thank you.

Just swing by to get some food due to the medicine I'm on now it makes me really hungry and I'm low on certain things so I said hey why not spend some points and save some money and go to Wendy's.... Well I got there and of course they're never making frosty's.. go to gentleman let me know he didn't also have most of the sodas which I don't need any of though he was spraying the soda machine while cleaning it while also making drinks.... I only got four Junior burgers to hold me for a few days... I get back on sunset and realize that my bag has no heat whatsoever had to come home and reheat due to them trying to give me cold food which also could have been undercooked so I definitely reheat it instead of just giving it a quick 2 minute run... I definitely won't be coming back after not having this for over a year and it's down the street from my home... Also the person who's on the grill who made my food the older gentleman with glasses he started to bring my food as if he had everything in the bag then turned around opening back up added more to it than came back to the window again before giving me my food... So as a customer at that point I'm wondering at what point did you realize you didn't have everything in the bag and two what part did he not realize that food needs to be fresh and hot... Though I appreciate him for at least having gloves on

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. The drive thru line was extremely slow… When I was ordering my food the girl that was taking my order was very snappy, before I could even get my question out she was interrupting me and short with her answer. For example, ‘Can I order a vanilla frosty and a chocolate…’, ‘WE DON’T HAVE CHOCOLATE, IT’S DOWN’ ‘Well can you just add another vanilla…’ ‘WHAT SIZE’. ‘Medium, and can I get a number 2 witha’ WE ONLY DOING SMALLS’ ‘Okay, then make it a small with a …’ ‘WHAT! WHAT DRINK YOU WANT WIT IT?’ (me writing WIT is on purpose) I then pull up to the drive thru window and she says ‘Your card?’ I have over my card and she then takes it back where she reappears 3 minutes later and then she runs it. I’m not sir why she had my card for so long in the back but I am aware of the scams that have been taking place with people handling their cards over in drive thru and employees taking pictures of it to use for future purpose. She then hands my card back to me with an attitude and so I snatched it from her and asked why she had my card for so long. She then screams ‘YOU AIN’T HAVE TO SNATCH IT FROM MY HAND LIKE DAT’ and I replied, ‘YOU DIDN’T HAVE TO TAKE THE CARD OUT OF MY SITE, YOU HAD MY CARD TOO LONG’… she then slams the window, but it didn’t close all the way and I can hear her yell that somebody else better make my food! The manager keeps looking but doesn’t intervene. The mngr then gets close enough to where I ask him if I could speak with him about her behavior, he glares at me and grunts telling me, ‘One minute’ then he turns his back on me. When he finally comes back to the window it’s only to hand me my phone and close the window again. I tap on the window and said, ‘I need to speak with you…’ He replied, ‘I gave you your food so what do want?’ I said again I need to speak with you, he’s looking at me angrily now and says, ‘WHAT?’ The young gentlemen looks over at him and says, ‘No, she’s saying she wants to speak with you’ The mngr then goes, ‘I GAVE YOU YOUR FOOD, WHAT DO YOU WANT? YOU GOT YOUR FOOD!’ I asked him name and he scoffed, ‘KWAME’. I advised Kwame that I would be complaining to corporate. He looks at me, turns his face up and says, ‘SO?’ I then drove off. This was the service I got from Wendy’s. I won’t be visiting/ordering from them ever again! This interaction definitely left a bad taste in my mouth! (I apologize in advance for any grammatical errors) This place is not a fast food restaurant, it’s a drive thru with restaurant wait times and the customer service is dreadful! At 7:25pm I entered the store to find one customer in line ahead of me, so I figured the wait time was fairly reasonable. I was severely incorrect. After waiting 10 minutes my order was finally taken. At which point I ordered and asked for a creamy sriracha sauce (I indicated that the sriracha sauce would pull the entire meal together to make it perfect), then stepped to the side and waited for my order to come up. Another 15 minutes went by and and I started to notice people that ordered after me received their food and left. The one guy ahead of me even received his food and returned to the drink machine for refills. An additional 5 minutes went by and I finally received my order with no sriracha sauce (they were out-thanks for not telling me when i was ordering) and cold fries. I informed the supervisor and I had to wait an addition 3-4 minutes to receive fresh fries. My "fresh" burger was now luke warm, which I did not bring up because I didn't want to wait an additional 25 minutes to receive cold fries and a hot burger, again. I left the store at 8:10pm, total wait time 45 mins. I called the 800 number to give my feedback and was given a very structured answer by the representative with a condescending tone. Through this entire experience I was never asked how it could make it better. If you get anything from this post it should be: DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION and if you call the 800 number be prepared to be read a B.S. script about passing your comments to the store so it can be used as a learn experience but never asked if your experience can be resolved.
