Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. The drive thru line was extremely slow⌠When I was ordering my food the girl that was taking my order was very snappy, before I could even get my question out she was interrupting me and short with her answer. For example, âCan I order a vanilla frosty and a chocolateâŚâ, âWE DONâT HAVE CHOCOLATE, ITâS DOWNâ âWell can you just add another vanillaâŚâ âWHAT SIZEâ. âMedium, and can I get a number 2 withaâ WE ONLY DOING SMALLSâ âOkay, then make it a small with a âŚâ âWHAT! WHAT DRINK YOU WANT WIT IT?â (me writing WIT is on purpose) I then pull up to the drive thru window and she says âYour card?â I have over my card and she then takes it back where she reappears 3 minutes later and then she runs it. Iâm not sir why she had my card for so long in the back but I am aware of the scams that have been taking place with people handling their cards over in drive thru and employees taking pictures of it to use for future purpose. She then hands my card back to me with an attitude and so I snatched it from her and asked why she had my card for so long. She then screams âYOU AINâT HAVE TO SNATCH IT FROM MY HAND LIKE DATâ and I replied, âYOU DIDNâT HAVE TO TAKE THE CARD OUT OF MY SITE, YOU HAD MY CARD TOO LONGâ⌠she then slams the window, but it didnât close all the way and I can hear her yell that somebody else better make my food! The manager keeps looking but doesnât intervene. The mngr then gets close enough to where I ask him if I could speak with him about her behavior, he glares at me and grunts telling me, âOne minuteâ then he turns his back on me. When he finally comes back to the window itâs only to hand me my phone and close the window again. I tap on the window and said, âI need to speak with youâŚâ He replied, âI gave you your food so what do want?â I said again I need to speak with you, heâs looking at me angrily now and says, âWHAT?â The young gentlemen looks over at him and says, âNo, sheâs saying she wants to speak with youâ The mngr then goes, âI GAVE YOU YOUR FOOD, WHAT DO YOU WANT? YOU GOT YOUR FOOD!â I asked him name and he scoffed, âKWAMEâ. I advised Kwame that I would be complaining to corporate. He looks at me, turns his face up and says, âSO?â I then drove off. This was the service I got from Wendyâs. I wonât be visiting/ordering from them ever again! This interaction definitely left a bad taste in my mouth!    Read moreAt 7:25pm I entered the store to find one customer in line ahead of me, so I figured the wait time was fairly reasonable. I was severely incorrect. After waiting 10 minutes my order was finally taken. At which point I ordered and asked for a creamy sriracha sauce (I indicated that the sriracha sauce would pull the entire meal together to make it perfect), then stepped to the side and waited for my order to come up. Another 15 minutes went by and and I started to notice people that ordered after me received their food and left. The one guy ahead of me even received his food and returned to the drink machine for refills. An additional 5 minutes went by and I finally received my order with no sriracha sauce (they were out-thanks for not telling me when i was ordering) and cold fries. I informed the supervisor and I had to wait an addition 3-4 minutes to receive fresh fries. My "fresh" burger was now luke warm, which I did not bring up because I didn't want to wait an additional 25 minutes to receive cold fries and a hot burger, again. I left the store at 8:10pm, total wait time 45 mins. I called the 800 number to give my feedback and was given a very structured answer by the representative with a condescending tone. Through this entire experience I was never asked how it could make it better. If you get anything from this post it should be: DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION and if you call the 800 number be prepared to be read a B.S. script about passing your comments to the store so it can be used as a learn experience but never asked if your experience can be resolved.    Read moreThis is an add-on from my most recent visit from last night. The bathroom was the best part of my visit. Most likely, the cleanest restroom that I've ever visited, inside of a fast food establishment. As per usual, the drive-thru was still perpetually backed up. So I've taken to going inside and ordering my food. And whoever the gentleman was that had the keys for the cash register in the purple sweater/shirt (Mgr.Asst. Mgr)last night. It shouldn't take you 5-10 minutes to find the register keys. It took almost 1 hour for me to receive my very uncomplicated food order. And yes, there were at least 7 people working. There was no shortage of staff. Initially, there were 3 cars in front of us when we pulled into the drive-thru. One of the drivers ahead of us ended up driving off due to the lengthy wait. Now we were down to 3 cars, including ours, and it still took us in excess of 20+ minutes to give our order and be served. Personally, I don't think that this is a very good business practice, especially since you advertise yourself as fast food. Multiple drivers in line behind us also drove off as well, due to the extremely slow service. When we finally arrived at the drive-thru window to pick up our food, I noticed at least a handful of people working in the restaurant. There shouldn't have been any reason whatsoever for length of time that it took for us to receive our food. They lost as many customers as they served while I was there.
