Wendy's — Restaurant in Charlotte

Used to like going here, but my experiences have consistently gotten worse. Service tends to be slower than a lot of other places on campus and it’s a bit pricier than other Wendy’s. Has limited hours compared to Wendy’s locations just outside of campus, and stops serving sandwiches after 11:45, despite being open later than that. Doesn’t take coupons, although most restaurants on campus don’t. Convenience of being able to walk to this location might be worth it, but recently this location has been out of a lot of its menu (no sandwiches, aren’t doing meals, etc.) every time I go. Now that Chick Fil A has reopened in prospector, which is cheaper, faster, and consistently has their menu in stock, I don’t see myself...

My experience at this establishment was horrible. Not only did I wait an hour for my food, but the cashier handed me a bag of cold food. My order was faced in a direction I could not see, and she did not call my name. The drinks were placed in a section that I could not reach without assistance. I was not the only student who had a cold order or a missing item, multiple students returned to the pick-up area complaining of missing items to their orders. Waited for 5 minutes for someone to greet me and take my order. SUPERVISOR Latoya starred at me while on her ear piece in a conversation for a while before even letting me know they weren’t taking orders at the registers, and redirected me to the dining kiosks.
