July 10th round 9:15 9:20 I place the order online. Told me to take 16 to 21 minutes to be ready. But considering it's a Saturday night I knew it was going to take a little longer so I got there around 9:35 9:40 somewhere in there the guy at the front line that he would need 10 additional minutes which wasn't a problem so I went out to my car and said. And I even gave them a couple extra minutes so then I went back in the doordash lady was still in there as well actually two of them came in after me 10:00 the front line person left so that left the two guys in the back they weren't giving out any food in the whole little thing that holds the order was full the door dash lady start giving out the orders that's how long we have been there the black guy in the back told me to shut the hell up before he slapped me and I told him I have been more than a patient and I have been there more than an hour and I really wanted my food so I can go the disrespect level in this facility that night was off the chain he even left the guy back there to go smoke a cigarette while the lobby was full of people and they were way behind on orders smoking a cigarette should have been his last concern this is ridiculous I felt disrespected I wanted my money back I was told that I wouldn't be able to get my money back until Sunday morning so with the disrespect I couldn't get a refund I still had to wait for my food and I was there for over an hour there shouldn't be two people working there on a Saturday night regardless if you close at 10:30 or not I know you have lost the customer because I will not return some things need to be rearranged and changed in this facility the manager needs to go back and watch Saturday night from around 9:30 to 10:30 p.m....
Read moreI wanted to take the time to leave this exact location a 5 start review. Last night I was doing Uber eats and when I got there the manager I believe was telling us how some kids went in and stole all the food that was already made. They were remaking orders that were already paid for and she even reimbursed people their money for their time and patience. They had to remake all the delivery orders as well and although I waited over an hour and so did the people getting the food I didn’t mind one bit. They handled the stress very well and kept making the food they had already made. I know the delivery drivers were complaining but they could have easily dropped the order and left. I was amazed at how hard they were working to make sure all the orders were remade and correctly. I definitely think this team deserves some kind of recognition for going through all that. All other places would have been like the food was stolen and we can’t remake it. I can say that because I’ve had to cancel orders that restaurants didn’t want to remake. I really appreciate them and feel bad that two men kept pestering them about an order that we all knew they were working on. Please be kind to people working in...
