With food, smell is a very powerful advertisement. Something that can very much benefit outdoor food trucks like Aris Kitchen. When I was l finished at World Market, I had just one more stop planned before heading home after a very long work day. That "just one more stop" plan changed the moment the wind shifted and I looked across the parking lot in the direction of something that smelled really good. Especially as it was late and I'd missed dinner. Joking to myself that I could smell some food calling my name, instead of going next door for my next stop, I had to investigate. Instead of looking at the menu, I admitted I'd never been there before and asked what was popular. The mulitas. Never had them before. Sounded great! Opted for the 3-meat mixture. It proved to be every bit as delicious as it had smelled. The use of mozzarella was great as was the inclusion of cucumber and radish slices on the side. Lastly, it was a great night to be able to just sit at a picnic table and enjoy it. Further proof that, with chains, you're paying for a brand.
