Second time I’ve been to a Taco Bell and have had HORRIBLE service . Today I went to Taco Bell on emmet street where I asked for a beefy 5 layer burrito EXTRA MEAT , and a large nacho fry . COOKED FRESH , when I got to the window I said hello to cashier she didn’t say anything took my payment and shut the window. After given my food I said thank you , again NO REPLY AT ALL OR EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE TO ME ! I pulled off , checked my food only to see they did not give me fresh fries , they gave me some fries that seemed like they were redropped soggy and disgusting! All of the workers were looking at me with attitudes and only ONE WORKER offered to help me and acknowledged my presence . He then proceeded to get me some fresh fries , which he did . 5th street had to be my WORST EXPERIENCE. I literally get the same meal everytime I go , they gave me a burrito with no beef on it , only beans . I called they then proceeded to argue with me as if I was lying and would make a drive for no reason . I said I would show them , I went . The women in the drive thru at the time laughed in the mic when she realized it was me . When I came around she then proceed to say “this is the one we put a shit load of beef on” which was inaccurate, they took the burrito through the window . Passed it around , opened it up and said it’s beef in it “I’m not given you a remake, OR A REFUND” and shuts window in my face . This was supposedly the gm of the restaurant. You’ll have by far some of the WORST , UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE WORKING WITH YOULL . Should really work on training customer service , and the customers are right ! I’ve worked with taco bell . It always used to be better quality in the mornings and then hit and miss the rest of the day, but even the misses generally just meant slightly less cheese sauce or a slightly less stuffed burrito and a somewhat slower line. Now? The last time I ordered just plain chips and cheese sauce I barely got enough cheese sauce to have a little on each chip. The last time I ate inside I asked for a cup of water and was given a cup: the machine has a button for sparkling water but not plain water and every other time I've asked for water they've filled it first then given it to me, so I flagged down the guy at the counter and asked him to fill up the cup for me. He proceeded to take orders for an entire line of people and I understand. I was feeling patient, but then when the line was gone he went to the back to help cook and I had to flag him down again and he was "oh yeah, forgot about you." Not a very good customer service experience from where I'm standing. And then the last two times my friend ordered and PAID for a power menu steak burrito they gave her a cheesy bean and rice burrito for some unholy reason instead. I don't know why this location has declined in quality so much just over the last few weeks but I know we won't be going back for quite a while. Update! 12-22-2023 Same issue! I pull all 1:25 A M. and they tell me somebody else picked up the order which is a lie. I look inside and theyve already cleaned up. Nobody picked the order up because I arrive within 10 minutes of receiving it,they just didn't fix it. I have notified Uber of this issue! If it happens again,I call Taco Bell corporate! Update! 12-14-2023 From A Delivery Driver: This place does not do late night delivery orders. Try Wawa or Sheetz! I've been here 3 times late night and each time that I've gotten to the window before closing time and they tell me either that hey closed or the don't have the order! Update! 05-30-2022 Ordered one item.Gave me something else.I never left the window and the wouldn't replace it. Had to call credit card company to have it removed!
