came to pick up a DoorDash that was already made and ready just waiting on me , I came in waited patiently while no one asked if I needed help only stares and looking me up and down until I finally spoke up to a female whom walked right past me made eye contact and proceeded to ignore me until I asked could I be helped - even then she referees me to wait in a line not even destined for pick ups or prepaid orders which hesitation and back and forth in front of customers the “NON CASHIER” then gets it for me only to continue to be rude and smart about my door dash proceeds which I’ve done 100 times demanding I click confirm in front of her when I didn’t feel comfortable to not having a name on the order nor know ing what’s inside- once I asked this to insure I wouldn’t give the customer the wrong food the younger cashier then spoke VERY rudely stating how she’s done this many times and “wouldn’t waste time getting it wrong” . The whole process and situation took place in less than 7 minute but it’s 7mimutes of my life WASTED going in to tubys. All for trying to do my job as well. So they just reopened today under new management. I came there for lunch and I ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon and an order of fries. My biggest problem was that this could not be a combo because the only combo they have for a burger is a deluxe cheeseburger, which is just lettuce and tomatoes. When I got my food, they gave me a hamburger with bacon just one hamburger patty. Thankfully, the previous owner was there so he sent it back and I got the corrected sandwich(I thought ) however, when I took a bite, I realized there was actually no cheese at all on my sandwich and instead I got two hamburger patties and a strip of bacon smothered in mayo. The other problem I had was that the fries were warm and did not taste as fresh. I would say I would give them another chance ONLY because it was the opening day and I think that if they were to get some kinks out, they would be able to do better. However, I do recommend...

What a hidden gem!! They look like they do great business. The staff is very familiar with their customers too, like old time ma and pop shops. It was great to witness! The food was good and fresh. While I was enjoying my sub; a very disrespectful lady came in, barged to the front of the line with a tin plate of wings and started complaining that they forgot to put in the hot sauce. "How am I supposed to eat wings without hot sauce? That s**t's too dry!" The employee explained the hot sauce is separate in the bag and proceeded to grab more for her. The lady told her "I wanted it on the wings, I paid for delivery and expected it to be the way I want" I couldn't help but laugh. You mean to tell me that you paid for delivery, then DROVE TO THE BUSINESS just to complain! And yall don't have hot sauce in the house?! She looked a fool and the entire restaurant knew it. Free...
