Starbucks — Restaurant in Charter Oak

This has to be the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too! They take forever! They have a lot of employees working and still don’t understand why orders take forever! Today I got there at 7:30am there was a new girl working the register and the person she was helping had a large order which took her some time to ring up. It’s finally my turn I order a venti pumpkin spice cold brew which she couldn’t ring up so she had to ask someone on her headset how to ring it up! By that time I was looking at the time since I had already waiting about 15min to complete my order. It is now 7:57am and I’m still waiting for my drink! I am now late for work…I went back to register asked the girl nicely if I can just get a refund I don’t want anything anymore! She tells me your order is coming up! I said I don’t want anything anymore I been here since 7:30am a drink order shouldn’t take this long. She tells me someone will come right now. A guy comes to the register asks me what I order he refunded me and gave me a $4 Starbucks card to use next time I come in. I asked for the managers name and walked out! NO I DON’T WANT A STARBUCKS CARD AN APOLOGY FOR WAITING SO LONG WOULD OF BEEN NICE!!! Unfortunately I will not be coming back to...

I dont even know where to get started. We came here and we ordered 5 drinks. When we got to the window a employee is supposed to come and tell u that your order will take a minute. 1, nobody came. When the worker ( Sky) came my sister asked if we can get another drink she said yeah sure. My sister asked if we woulf get the drink for free because we didnt get customer service. didnt reply. My sister wasnt having it. We had gotten all the drinks and the card back but no receipt. My mom called the manager and she said that we can get a refund. We all were like yes why not. We parked in the same starbucks resturant parking lot parked the car and looked up and down in the car for the receipt. We couldnt find it. My 2 sisters and i went in and asked for the refund and Sky the employee looked at me and just left. I was not having it because one she charged me for the extra drink when she didnt say a thing about it. 2, she didnt give me a receipt, and 3, everyone was so rude to all of us. My sister stayed quite and she didnt go off. We got her name which is Sky we got the adress and we are writing a report to the main Starbucks. I will never go there again...

I’m normally not one to post reviews even when I do not enjoy the service, but I have had too many bad experiences at this Starbucks to not say anything. Every time I come to this Starbucks the service is always extremely slow (I’ve waited 30 minutes in their drive thru multiple times) and they always make the drinks incorrectly. For heck's sake! My dog even complains about the puppuccinos! They never have consistency when making their drinks, which is frustrating because I am a type 1 diabetic and never know how many carbs are in the drink since they always make my drink differently. This Starbucks was MUCH better when it was located in the Vons shopping center. They had an extremely friendly and devoted clientele at their old location and now the staff is rude and not trained properly. This is by far the worst Starbucks in the area.
