I come to this location almost every day for 3 years. Love Daren(one of the managers) usually worked when I would be on lunch. I would order the same order for a while now with the same Orderof 1 double cheese burger with only cheese and onions. And as of this last month I have been receiving the wrong Order. First time was the double but with everything on it (my receipt said otherwise) I brushed it off didn’t mind because it was a one time occurrence. I come back next day order the same thing but was given the same order but with time with only one patty. I had to ask them this time that it was a double and only cheese and onion like my receipt says. The cashier tells the cook and I heard f bombs and cussing in the background because of my order. The cashier hands me the right order but very rudely. I didn’t go back the following couple days because I frankly felt disrespected for asking for my order very politely. Today at 11:10am I go to the drive through and just asked for a double cheeseburger regular. I didn’t want to hassle them too much, just wanted a burger and be on my way. But when I arrived to the front, the Fe mail cook is at the register looking at me Ridley and say “i knew it” and hands the bag to the cashier with a rist tattoo, who doesn’t say anything to me just takes my card, hands me my bag, I say “thank you” and she just continues to look at me with no expression. No word whatsoever. I never make complaints about any place but this was just straight rude to the customer for no reason at all. Wish this store the best but they lost a loyal ...
Read moreThere is nothing more annoying than being hungry and tired, pulling up through the drive thru because you're too tired to cook and coming home with the wrong freaking order. All I ordered was an 8 piece chicken nugget and 4 piece mozzarella sticks. It's not a complicated order, the screen showed the correct order, I make the huge mistake of not checking my bag before driving away and get home to 12 freaking mozzarella sticks. So now, here I am doing exactly what I was trying to avoid and cooking myself something to eat. I am not about to drive back for them to fix their error. I was the only one in the drive thru and no other customers were in the restaurant. This mistake was easily avoidable. Pay more attention to the order screen and what you're cooking and packing for the customer. It's not that complicated when you only have one customer...

On top of having to wait you would think it was because they had to my my order fresh for me only to get home and it's cold. And today was the last straw, the girl seemed unable to handle the drive alone. And the other coworker I could see didn't seem to eager to help her out. She got my order wrong and between the confusion of someone else's order she forgot my drink. And as I was about to drive off she is touching her facemask and everything else with her gloves on.
