KFC — Restaurant in Covina

I had probably one of the worst experiences yesterday (03/10) at kfc I ordered a 3 piece chicken tender meal I got to the window and the lady on the food line was eating something I could see her chewing and putting stuff in her mouth but I was told to park in front and they would bring my food i got my food and proceeded to go home so when I got home I noticed the wrong food so i went back and told them that I got the wrong food and he continued to say thats what i ordered i never asker for a 3 piece so i asked if they could replace it and he first said no then I said why not I still have the food and then told me to go to the front window. I get to the front and he continues to say I ordered the wrong food (everyone heard me) talking about his coworkers and I proceed to say I didn't and that I ordered a 3 piece tender not a number 3 we go back and forth and he hands me tenders and says keep the other food it's fine and I asked him to make it fresh because I don't want cold fries or a cold biscuit and he said cold? It's still fresh it's ben 2 minutes mind you I live 5 minutes away and by the time I got to the window and talk about it it was already 25 minutes. He took the bag and said that the biscuits take 12 minutes to cook and if I could wrap around, I said sure that's fine then he slammed the window door as he went inside and I drove around and asked for a refund instead because of the way he was already treating me and I don't see a reason to slam to door. He then says I didn't slam it and I told him the last time he closed it the window was not as loud.. so he asks for the card for the refund and said "you took the poppers" mind you it was a 4 piece dessert that I left at home. He said he won't refund me for that and I asked if he was gonna pay me for gas and said no but continued to be rude to me saying it's my fault that I got the wrong order. His name is Jonathon or Alfonso the receipt says Alfonso but he told me Jonathon. The whole interaction was very disrespectful and I don't see how you treat a customer that way when all I wanted was the correct food. I couldn't even get a full refund for my order but I sure got a lot of attitude from the worker...

FINGER LICKIN' RUDE! Stopped for a quick late dinner. The website stated they were open till 10:00, we walked in at 8:37 and placed our order to dine in. Were promptly told they closed at 9:00 & only the drive thru was open till 10:00. Said we would hurry up & eat, and get out of their way. Which we did. As we were finishing our very last bite's, the employee came to our table- told us they closed 4 minutes ago, and basically stood there at our table waiting for us to leave. Now, he kept apologizing about it, but it really didn't excuse how uncomfortable it made us feel. Over 4 minutes after 9:00?!?! Really. This location is close to our house, and we stop in periodically, but quite honestly- are NEVER impressed. We've decided we will make the trip to go to another location than to continue to give our business to...

I was in the drive thru and told the chicken would take 15 mins, but before that I was told several different versions, they didn’t have extra crispy, then they did then they had a wing and a breast, I said I’ll take that, then it was they don’t have it. Then another customer ordered extra crispy too. But they weren’t waiting for their order. Finally several orders are done but not mine. Those orders were after mine. I was told those other orders were extra crispy Breast and wing.. mmmmm, I said, I would take that but was told you were out. Then I eat my food and it’s extremely salty to the point where I can’t eat it. I ordered a 3 piece I ate 1 piece I got a headache so bad from the salt I suffer from migraines. Was my food deliberately over salted, I’m not sure but it appears it was. Covina KFC not my favorite...
