Terrible customer service! Was treated very poorly.
Ordered 3 sandwiches at full price, and had a coupon for a free small fry or onion rings that stated very clearly "FREE WITH EVERY SANDWICH AT FULL PRICE, UP TO 6 PER VISIT" I tried to get my three free small onion rings, and was told that i wasn't reading the coupon right, and could only use it for one sandwich... the coupon clearly stated that i could have three free onion rings. The manager then came to the window and told me it was a miss print on the coupon this month. He didn't say sorry for the inconvenience or anything. The manager then threw my "miss printed" coupon away and stormed off in frustration. Usually they give it back so you can use it again before it expires.. but I don't plan on ever going back because i guess the Customer isn't always right after all.... Funny thing is that i have used that same coupon months prier to now and have had 6 free onion rings at once! The coupon was not miss printed, this manager just decided that he would make his own rules for this franchise. My guess is that this Arbys is losing money with all the coupons they send out...
Read moreThe few times we've been to this Arby's, something always goes wrong. After ordering, they don't recite your order to make sure they have it correct. I was there today, and they rang up an extra $5 sandwich which I didn't order, and forgot my drink and curly fries. For $43 I think they should get things right. I called the store to ask for a rufund on the items we didn't receive, but they said we would have to come back to get our money. I don't think we will go back to this Arby's- trust me, don't waste your time or money here.
UPDATE: We went back to ask for our money back, and we talked the manager. My mom and I were both nice about about and kindly asked for our money back. One of the other workers overheard our conversation with him and she rolled her eyes at us. That tells you how much they care about their...
Read moreThe food is great, per usual. Yet again, the service was challenging. I ordered at ththe counter to dine in. I had to wait for someone to come from the back to take my order. He was polite and thorough. He informed me one item would be slightly delayed. He went to work the drive through. Another customer came in. No one was up front to help. After some loud communication, someone came from the back to take the order. It was filled and the customer went to sit down. The order-taker proceeded to put change in the cash register and then moved to the back again. My delayed item was sitting next to my tray, but no one made an attempt to complete my order.
