I've been ordering dominos at my current address for three years and have never had an issue until last night. After waiting for my pizza for an hour, I called the store to ask when to expect my pizza and was met with a rude refrain explaining that they're busy an hour and a half before close. Okay, I was just looking for an update as my pizza had been out for delivery for 50 minutes at this point. Three minutes later I received a phone call telling me that my order was being voided because my driver had attempted to deliver my pizza and tried to call me as well, but I didn't answer. This was an outright fabrication. My building is such that you can hear knocking on neighbor's doors, nobody came to my door last night and I have zero missed calls.
When I went in today to talk to someone about it, I was given the same story. I asked the driver/store manager if he was sure he called the correct number and he said he was and that he had it in his phone. When I asked to see it, he claimed to have deleted it. I told him I have never had an issue with having deliveries made to my address in the 3 years I've lived here and was met with the suggestion that maybe dominos isn't the right pizza place for me.
I go out of my way to be polite to people and always tip my drivers well. This level of unapologetic customer service that involves lying to customers to save face is completely...

They really have no desire to meet or exceed customer expectations and are not willling to correct any mistakes or problems. On the other hand, their district manager Amelia is phenomenal in customer service and is very responsive to customer relations issues. The only reason that I have continued to order from this store is because my daughter loves their pizza and Amelia has been great. If it was not for these two I would not be ordering from this Dominos and in fact did not order from them for about 6-8 months. I would like to specifically point out the man who claims to be the GM of this store is the worst of the whole situation. It is hard to be mad at the staff when they are just following the example of the person that is supposed to be leading the store and he is the least concerned with quality or customer relations.
