We went slightly off-season for an overnight stay. From the moment we walked in, everyone was extremely welcoming and accommodating. After a thorough overview of the Inn and local suggestions, we were shown to our two bedroom suite with a shared bath...perfect for a girls getaway. They suggested making a dinner reservation for the evening if we wanted to dine in, however, we weren't quite sure of our plans. We returned to the Inn around 8:15pm. We wanted a quick bite to eat and as searched for a place still open our options increasingly diminished. By 8:30 we called downstairs to see if we could have dinner and they said to come on down. We inquired about the dress code and they said, "oh, just come on down." We were in our exercise clothes and graciously welcomed into their fine dining establishment. The dinner was a lovely prix fixe menu and everything looked delicious, but it wasn't the quick bite we were hoping for because we had somewhere to go by 9pm. After a good laugh, they were incredibly kind to help us find a place that was still open that we could grab a quick bite. After a great night sleep in their freshly pressed white linens, we woke up to a cup of Nespresso and headed downstairs for breakfast. Again, we were presented with a menu full of delicious options. The ambience and service could not have been more perfect! Before checkout, we took a stroll down Main Street. We grabbed our bags and checked out. We were sent on our merry way with a bag of bottled water and mixed nuts for the road. The entire experience at the Chatham Inn was delightful and I look forward to returning!

“ The Chatham Inn was the perfect place to unwind and relax after a northern New York winter, and we are very grateful the late New England spring cooperated with us for a few days! We were lucky enough to stay at Chatham Inn after winning a stay from an auction for MIB Agents, an organization dedicated to making it better for children with Osteosarcoma. When we arrived at Chatham Inn, we were welcomed by Lyn, the Maître de Maison, who helped us settle in and checked in on us throughout our stay. After we settled in our room, we enjoyed cocktails by the fire pit, which we HIGHLY recommend. Every morning we were treated to a delicious breakfast, and dinner was an event to be savored. The sommelier, Sebastian, was a favorite at dinner as he, unsurprisingly, helped us choose a wonderful wine. It was a lovely surprise when the chef came out, introduced himself, explained to us how he prepared our meal for us, and added the sauce to finish off our meal. During our stay, we were also given great suggestions of what we should see on Cape Cod, during the few hours we decided to be away from the Inn. The Chatham Inn’s beautiful location, fresh & delicious food, and incredibly passionate team all came together to create a remarkable and relaxing stay!”

I honestly don't know where to start; I have so many outstanding things to say. This is an upscale Inn that places a priority on the happiness of its customers. When you arrive, they have a hand written note and amenities to welcome you. The rooms were very clean every day. There is coffee and cookies in the lobby. It was a rainy few days that we were there and they had umbrellas for us to use as we ventured out. Breakfast came with the room and it was soooooooooooooooooooo good. I was able to indulge in the Hunter Style Three Egg Omelet and Crab Cakes (eggs benedict). The breakfast in general made you feel like a king, not a customer. We also took one night to eat dinner here; equally as fascinating. I had the Chatham Lobster Gnocchi and it tasted like a dish made from the gods. Above all else, the Innkeeper was a customer service champion. Although we never had any problems, I'm confident to say that he would have taken care of it. He's personable and made you feel at home. We were even given going away tokens of appreciation for our trip back to the airport. What a stand up place. Hard to find such genuine service anymore. Thanks so much for the experience.
