The Filling Station is hands-down the best breakfast spot on Cape Cod. This family-owned restaurant has everything you could possibly want in a breakfast spot: friendly service, cozy atmosphere, and most importantly, incredible food.

The pancakes at The Filling Station are particularly noteworthy - they're fluffy, buttery, and simply irresistible. In fact, my kids have dubbed them the best pancakes on Cape Cod, and they're very particular pancake connoisseurs!

But it's not just the pancakes that make The Filling Station such a standout spot. The entire menu is filled with delicious options, from classic breakfast dishes like eggs and bacon to creative specialties like breakfast burritos and avocado toast. And everything is made with care and attention to detail, using the freshest ingredients and traditional cooking techniques.

The Filling Station truly feels like a home away from home, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel like part of the family. Whether you're looking for a quick bite to eat or a leisurely brunch with friends and family, this is the perfect spot to satisfy your breakfast cravings. So don't hesitate - head over to The Filling Station and see what all the...

If 0 stars was an option- I’d do that. It’s incredible how rude some people can be. The staff here was top notch for a diner. Friendly, effective, smiley, and overall had a great attitude. Food was great, iced coffee- strong and good flavor. Then, when the owner or manager (an older gentleman), as soon as it gets busy, comes out of the back, and changes the whole dynamic of the staff. I’m sitting at the breakfast bar, a friendly server (not mine)makes conversation with me, apologizes for how hectic it was; the owner pulled her aside as she’s getting coffee for another table, and told her to not be as friendly and waste time, rather take the order and be faster.

NOPE. That’s not service. Making vacationers and people who have been cooped up due to the pandemic want interaction.

I’ll never be returning. I wish Ben, my server, and the rest of the team the best, and everyone PLEASE rethink going to The Chatham...

This was a nice breakfast spot in Chatham area. The decor was cute and some may say vintage. The waitstaff were slow to start, we waited about 10 minutes before being greeted by our waitress. Keep in mind there were about 4 workers standing at the cash register. We almost got up and left. Just then our lovely waitress who seemed to be taking orders and waiting on the entire place came. I wish we got her name because she was lovely! We got water and placed our orders asap. Once orders were placed our food came out very quickly. The pancakes were really good and fluffy. The hashbrowns had good flavor as well. The added watermelon in the side of our dishes were cute touch. Just be aware, if you pay with credit card, they charge a 4% fee. We...

If you want cozy and neighbourhood feel this is it. No rush during the week. The poached eggs were perfect coffee was good pancakes were just the right size. You know the feeling you get satisfied but not stuffed, yeah that. The one observation is I came out the bathroom and saw the waitress clearing the table. She used a napkin to pick up the plates. It stood out because she didn’t do it for the others, she wasn’t aware of my presence. I told her thanks quiet pleasantly as I left 😀. Never saw that happen before not even during Covid but there’s alway a first.

Food was good, but not perfectly prepared. Delicious coffee, scrambled eggs, corned beef hash and popover — BUT, the popover was not only not hot, but actually cooler than room temp, and the corned beef hash was really more like pulled beef with some scattered potatoes. Nothing wrong with the flavor, but not really a hash. Prices are just a tad on the high side. The place is adorable, hip and comfortable. Service was very fast. I’ll definitely give it another try.
