The Filling Station is hands-down the best breakfast spot on Cape Cod. This family-owned restaurant has everything you could possibly want in a breakfast spot: friendly service, cozy atmosphere, and most importantly, incredible food.
The pancakes at The Filling Station are particularly noteworthy - they're fluffy, buttery, and simply irresistible. In fact, my kids have dubbed them the best pancakes on Cape Cod, and they're very particular pancake connoisseurs!
But it's not just the pancakes that make The Filling Station such a standout spot. The entire menu is filled with delicious options, from classic breakfast dishes like eggs and bacon to creative specialties like breakfast burritos and avocado toast. The added watermelon in the side of our dishes were cute touch. Just be aware, if you pay with credit card, they charge a 4% fee. We...
