I hate leaving small businesses a bad review but I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered online and paid extra on each drink to have no ice because I live far (which I thought was fair as people often do this to scam businesses into giving more drink). What I got was absolutely ATROCIOUS. Not only did I get LESS drink when I put my own ice but I was charged extra to be given a less than reasonable portion in general. NOT cool. If you are going to charge high prices, you have to uphold a higher standard and this is NOT it.
