Good Morning, to all readers . Today 08/26/24 I came through E.Brainerd Bojangles drive thru @5:37 am . I am a local customer, I come every so often, but today was the last straw for Me . As if it’s not vexing enough that they aren’t always open on time, cool customer services but after I received the breakfast I got today, I will not be returning .
It was 5:30 in the morning, I asked if they still was doing the Bo-berry sausage biscuit (since it wasn’t popping up on the menu) the cashier literally said and I quote “hold on, let Me see if we still have some” in My mind I found that odd because I’m like ‘how you not know if you guys cooked some already or not ?’ Fast forward the cashier states “yes ma’am we do have some.”
I pull up . Paid . I waited about 5-7 minutes for a simple medium bo-berry sausage biscuit w/ extra icing . Truth be told I was wondering what was taking so long .
I get to My destination just to found out the biscuit is HARD , STALE AND COLD ! So you guys are telling Me y’all are okay with serving customers days old biscuits ! Instead of just saying y’all didn’t have any 🤨 ? Plus, again it was 5:30 am in the Morning . Y’all thinking wasn’t nobody going to notice that ?! SMH . Rather Bojangles care or not , it’s common sense to serve food the way you would want it to be served to you , FRESH !

Read moreIt's 11:30 a.m. on a Saturday and this Bojangles will not answer their phone. I had a large order I wanted to schedule for next week but now I'll have to go somewhere else. The lobby appears to be closed and the doors are locked although there is a line around the building in the Drive-Thru. I've literally watched no less than seven people walk up to the door only to find that it's locked. Would it be too much trouble to put a sign on the door or maybe update your information on Google so that people don't waste their time? Makes no sense why no one would answer the phone after calling four times. It's obvious that someone is in the building working. It also makes no sense why their lobby would be closed on a Saturday, their busiest day. You've guys have got to do better than this! Hardee's is no longer your next door competition so here's your chance to stand out and make a name for yourself in the breakfast biscuit market which is pretty strong...

The girl working dt window was so rude over the speaker, didn't not offer we can cook it for you, all she said was we are out of this out of that. I TOLD YOU we are out of it. OK as a customer, I am willing to buy something at your store but your out of it, so I have to go somewhere else. This makes the second time this week that I try and order something and your out, and not willing to have it cook. NEEDLESS TO SAY, as a customer, I pay your wages when I stop by and order something, but since you are rude I will go somewhere else and pay for something to get , and pay someone else their wages. If you are going hire rude people l will go somewhere else to eat. AT LEAST OFFER WE DONT TJAT ITEM AT MOMENT, WOULD BE WILLING TO WAIT AND WE CAN FIX IT FRESH.
