I hate that I am writing this because Burger King was one of my favorite burgers but unfortunately the level of service has gone down even further than it was already.
I recently ordered a meal through the app and it was all of the options from the new Addams Family menu.
When I got to the drive thru I gave them my information and was told to pull around to the window. At the window they asked me to pull into a parking spot. I get it and have been asked previously had this happen so no problem at all. It took them 15 minutes to bring me out my food that had clearly been sitting around as it was already cold when handed to me and was told that they didn't have the drink available and walked off.
Okay well I understand that things happen and that getting upset with an employee of the business isn't going to fix anything or make me feel better so I drove off.
That night I went onto the app I ordered the food from (the BK app) and sent a message to customer service. Customer service said that they could not give a refund for the drink (all that i would want a refund for as it wasn't the first time I have eaten cold fast food) but instead would give me coupons to the store. I explained that after that experience I didn't think I would be going back, you know because I don't need to wait 15 minutes for a cold burger and no drink.
Second email was a bit more dismissive telling me that sorry it's all that they can do and they hope I will accept the coupons. Once again I have no interest in returning, especially to this location, so I let the customer service know I will simply leave a review instead.
Unfortunately the service here has never been good and they have always had staffing issues but I appreciate the employees trying and giving it a shot. This time however it was clear that the meal I was given was not fresh and was likely sitting there for the same 15 minutes I was and I just think that's simply unacceptable.
I would not anticipate a response to this review or anything more to come from it but I do want to let my little community know what to expect from this location.

You never know what day they will be accepting cash or a card until you've sat there for who knows how long before you get to the intercom. Last night however, I had the worst experience yet. I got there a full hour before closing thinking that might be enough time before closing to get something decent. I waited in line forever. It was taking so long before we even moved an inch that 2 cars decided to leave and go somewhere else. I finally get my turn and order a very simple burger and fries. When I get to the window to pay it's already 10:30 and she tells me my total and I was very taken aback when she says 19 dollars and some change. I tell her no and she asks me what I ordered. I tell her and she says 5.99. Then when she brings me my food she tells me they didn't have any fries left so I only got a small fry instead of the medium so she gave me onion rings. She says they were getting ready to close and weren't coming anything else. I tried to give them back and told her I didn't like onion rings. She asked if I wanted nuggets. I reluctantly reply yeah and she hangs me 4 shriveled nuggets. I get hungry mustard and leave. I was there a full hour before closing and they weren't fixing more food and there were many cars behind me. What did they do for those people? I a only the second car in line this entire time. They didn't fix food at all the entire hour before closing. They just give people whatever they have left over without saying anything at the intercom how they aren't allergic to any of it and that they like it. The sides were so old and hard you couldn't chew them and were a choking hazard. The burger was old and dry and tastes like straight up propane. It was disgusting and all went into the trash. So I burned up all that expensive, precious gasoline and wasted all my time and the $6 for nothing. Tonight, order my double whopper and find out they closed 20 minutes prior- one hour early- when I tell the manager my dinner money is now gone because I paid in the app he decided to give me a bunch of flack about how they need to be getting home safely - i said why - because of weather he said - what weather??? That was 36 hours previously and the roads are ALL driveable without issue. He blamed it on his manager and said he does what he's told and there's nothing he can do. I said you need to shut the app down if you're closing early so we don't lose money and this so called manager Maurice or something gave me SO MUCH ATTITUDE when I said don't talk to me like that I'm the one who's upset he replied with yeah you're the one with the attitude!!! Yeah dude!!! My mo eyes for dinner is hone and you are not making me feel any better about it while yelling at me instead of doing your job as a manager which entails dealing with upset customers!!!! This guy needs to be demoted. I couldn't believe his response so I just shook my head and drove away and as I did he SHOUTED after me BYYYYEEE!!!!!!! As if to put a stamp on his terrible behavior. I'll never spend another dime at this ridiculous location. If they're not messing up simple orders for plain burgers they're ruining your dinner some other way. I'll drive further just to go to every other burger king location which is much superior to this one for the last 5 years. If the company reads this please know he lied to you if he said they needed to close early for weather - there is no bad weather and driving home at 930 is the same as 1030 .
