The Kicker is now a favorite beverage. I thought it had just the right amount of Irish cream and subsequent sweetness. My companion disagreed and said it needed sugar. So the deciding factor on the sweetness level is whether or not you drink sugar in your coffee (I don't, so it should be sweet enough for people who drink cream only). My companion puts a little coffee in her cream and sugar-- for comparison. The ordering set up is ponderous. If you have their app, I guess you can get in and out quickly. I had a bit of a wait for two coffees. The employees were taking orders on mobile tablets, so that helped speed the process up. The staff, on the other hand were quite a delight. I am honestly so sad! I love Dutch Bros, but I definitely will not be back after today. I went to get an iced white mocha and a rebel around an hour ago. The rebel turned out so yummy, but the iced white mocha was so dark and tasted awful. As soon as the drink came out I knew it looked weird so I asked the lady at the window if she was sure it was an iced white mocha because it was so dark. She said it was and the espresso is what made it so dark. It honestly looked like an iced coffee with a little bit of white mocha and no milk because it was so dark even though I had ordered a latte. Before I left I asked her one more time and said it looked really dark and she assured me it was made correctly. Of course when I tried it, it was definitely not made correctly. Everyone here is pleasant, and the overall experience has been fine. However, if you’re a customer who values a clear and rewarding loyalty system like those at Starbucks or Scooters, this may not be the place for you. Unfortunately, I learned this the hard way after realizing that the details of their points system are quite hidden, and my points were actually expiring without notice.

After a year of coming here consistently, I was surprised to see that I hadn’t earned enough points to redeem even one free drink—despite my frequent visits. While I’ve always appreciated their more affordable pricing and friendly service, I was disappointed by how the rewards program is managed.
