Honestly the worst restaurant experience I have ever had, and this is coming from someone who served in a restaurant for over 5 years, so I always give the benefit of the doubt. Our appetizer came out at the same time as our food (30 minutes after we ordered it), so we asked to have it removed and didn’t eat it. My girlfriend created a pasta and asked for seafood on it, but did not receive any protein. We were trying to make the best of the situation, and we told them not to worry about it. She was getting full, so we were just going to take hers to go anyways. I was eating my dish and the first few bites were great!! That is until I bit down on something that almost chipped my teeth. The kitchen manager seemed to have trouble believing that this was possible, and it seemed pretty apparent that he thought I was lying, despite his cordial act. He kept mentioning that he wished I kept the foreign object, which I had crushed with a spoon on the table (with a good bit of force) to show my girlfriend what I had just chomped down on. He said it was probably crystallized salt - I can tell you that whatever it was, it wasn’t edible. It was most likely a tiny piece of bone. So as an apology, they removed the appetizer that we never ate, and discounted our food 25%. We didn’t take any food to go, and told them we didn’t want to because of whatever foreign object was in my food that didn’t belong. I am in disbelief that this was their attempt at fixing the situation. We paid $30 for soup, salad, and my few bites of food. But hey, at least the free...

Read moreAt about 1:45 Feb 14th, my wife and I stopped into this place for a for Valentine's day lunch.. We were excited to have spotted a place nearby with so many things to do in the area that unintentionally busy day.
I didn't allow the weird vibes, lack of a smile or proper greeting from the host and the waitress, nor the obvious hair in my water once the waitress set it down on the table spoil the mood, nor the fact that the waitress was apparently trying to confuse me about the sides as I ordered for us both, which I had ordered already and she still kept asking me about 2 minutes later, nor the vastly underpopulated look of my wife's plate despite ordering one of their featured dishes, nor the super fishy smell of my own plate.
I tipped her and maintained a polite relation to her on my part, and so did my wife, despite everything, but it felt like something tense and explicitly racial on the waitress's part was involved towards us somehow. She never even so much as smiled at us. We were nothing but polite to her, but at one point while ordering she just walked away in the middle of ordering. Even the host had quizzingly looked at us upon entering (once he showed up, which took a minute or so) as if we couldn't possibly be a couple. My wife and I are not the same ethnicity. Same issue?
We won't likely come back based upon our total...
