I had a long day, all I wanted to do was get something to eat and get home to do my homework, unfortunately my time was spent at this Chick-Fila trying to remain calm because after speaking clearly to the drive thru rep who took my order at my car, he truly didn't do a good job in taking my order. I already had to deal with a Chick-Fila at another location, where they were rude. I just knew I would get better service at Hixson location. If only the drive thru rep took his time to do the job correctly then I wouldn't be writing this review nor have to just ask them to give my money back for messing my order up. I take customer service very serious and important because people spend their hard earn money and or those who really don't have much, just to get a decent meal. A customer shouldn't have to encounter any restaurant employee with a nasty attitude or unprofessional. My order was rang up wrong after the drive thru rep heard me say several time what I wanted, he even read my order back how I wanted it but when I get to the drive-thru window and they pass my food to me and I stated this is not my food. I didn't order this. My card got charged about $34 for what was suppose to been 1 grilled chicken wrap and bottle water, chicken sandwich meal with bottle water, upsize fries, and small fry no salt. In my bag were 3 wraps instead of one. This could all been avoided if the drive thru rep read my order back to me twice. This too much of my time, I needed to fed my son and I and get home to study, but instead I ended going to another food place nearby who was kind, read my order twice at drive-thru intercom and then read it back again at the window. As a Healthcare Professional and Customer Service Rep, a customer experience suppose to make them feel welcomed and appreciated for eating at their business. I am not perfect, however I know going the extra mile is the key. I truly believe the younger employee need more training. I was in HS when I worked at a Chick-fila and I was taught exactly what Chick-fila expected from their employees. I hope it gets better. I even applied to this location and had an interview, had they hired me I would definitely show exactly what it takes to bring things back to the excellent service that customer need to receive, not just once out of a month but every time a customer visit. However I wasn't hired because I am in school for Nursing and they need someone that would work more than two days. Well those two days would have been well for those who encounter me. I believe in doing...
Read moreUnfortunately I have to say this is the worst review I have left. My head Galvatron with me and I'm on entering the door I said immediately to the very first employee that I was ordering only and I would wait outside for my food as I had my dog with me.
The employee literally began to act like the chicken they sell and ran around with her head cut off yelling to any manager I'm pointing at the dog. At the same time a family member was inside eating and came up and pet the dog by now the managers are yelling in my direction that my dog needs to be on a leash now. Explain once again that I was just ordering and was willing to wait outside for my food. The employee still yelling and pointing post my final button and I got loud back. Had the employee not escalated from the instant I arrived the entire situation could have been much more enjoyable
I give the restaurant Chick-fil-A the worst rating I could possibly give not dog friendly, with a hearty side of pettiness to boot.
On a side note an employee did come out and apologize and got Galvatron a water, I was not able to order one as I was being yelled at while finishing...
Read moreIf you’re in the Hixson area, opt for the Chick-fil-A at Northgate mall instead. Because at this Oak Park Town Center location, you absolutely CANNOT expect the same service you’ve come to expect from Chik-fil-A. When you sit in the drive-thru line and drive 20 minutes and bring home a “chicken sandwich”... with no chicken on it, and the manager (family member of the owner/operator) thinks it’s adequate to issue you a refund for said sandwich only, I’m sorry, but that is not customer service worthy of bearing the name Chick-fil-A. And unfortunately, this is only one among many incidents. I gave 2 stars because it is, after all Chick-fil-A, and the food is generally much higher quality you’d get at a comparable restaurant. However, this one falls at the bottom of the list, among ALL the Chick-fil-As I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting (and that’s a lot). I used to be a once- or twice-weekly customer of this store, but I’ve finally pulled the plug — officially writing it off as not worthy of my time or my hard-earned dollar, at least until a major change of...
