Read moreWe tried this place out for the first time today. The food was super great but the service was terrible. We couldn’t hear the lady behind the counter because she was speaking so softly and her accent was very thick, eventually i started pointing to what i wanted. When i pointed towards the bowl i had no idea that was the bowl they use for people to eat inside while i was trying to get it to go. When someone approached to help her things went more smoothly and the new lady grabbed the correct bowl. However when we went to the drink bar to fill up our cups i heard the original lady who prepared the food bickering to the man who was at the cash register about how she asked “to go or here” and i told her “for here” with a snarky attitude and her eyes super wide. which was not the case at all. This would have been an amazing new spot to eat but hearing the workers talk about you while you’re standing 15 ft away was not a pleasant experience at all. Especially when the main problem was I couldn't...
Read moreI had heard good things about Dos Bros so I was excited about giving it a try. Unfortunately, my excitement was over pretty quickly. The staff was friendly and accommodating but the restaurant wasn't very clean and it had a weird underlying (sewage) smell. The music was obnoxiously loud. Listening to "Hells Bells" and "Rock Me Like a Hurricane" at high volume is not my idea of a relaxing dinner with my five year old daughter. The food was okay but the guacamole was basically mashed avacado-no salt, cilantro, lime-nothing. There were two lemonade decanters, both labeled homemade lemonade- one with a label the other with a sign on top. About halfway through our meal I noticed there was also a "Splenda lemonade" sign that had been put on top of the tea. So there is a good possibility I gave my five year old lemonade full of artificial sweetener. I wasn't happy about that. Needless to say, I will not be rushing back to try...
