Here are the choices of 🥗Salad. These are the Market, and Cobb Salad 🥗 with Avocado 🥑 We got both. There were the Breakfast 🥞, and Lunch choices. The Chicken 🍗 Biscuit. If you want some 🥓 and eggs ? What about sausage 🌭 and eggs ? They gotcha covered.We had them covered as well. We purchased all of these food items.We were hungry lol. Don't forget the cheese 🧀. Read moreVery disappointed in the service at this Chick-fil-A location recently. I've been a fairly frequent customer here and the night crew has provided us with a really inconsistent experience for dine-in. We usually order on the app to quickly reorder, and tonight was no different. The app let us know that our food was ready and that it would be brought to our table shortly; however, after waiting about five minutes we had not received our meals. I decided to check with the staff to see if our food was ready, and it took another five minutes before someone asked if I needed help. That whole time, our food was sitting on the counter next to the carry-out orders getting cold. While the person who helped me did get my order after I asked, it took a while before our drinks were prepared and no one offered to replace the fries or do anything to make sure that I had everything I needed. After getting our food and bringing it to our table myself, I had to turn back and grab the drinks myself again. The employee had already moved on to taking the next person's order and didn't ask if I needed anything else.
Frankly, if it had been busy or if the store was short staffed or if it had just been literally any other fast food place but Chick-fil-A... I would've been more understanding. It wasn't busy in the dining room and there were plenty of staff walking past me... This really didn't feel like an experience like I'd have at Chick-fil-A. Read moreI never thought there would be a day where I would have a bad experience with Chick-fil-A. We cater with this location once to twice a month on Saturdays. The last order we placed was missing one box meal. Not a huge deal, except one person didn't get to eat. I called and the manager on duty offered to refund the meal, which he did immediately with no issues. Today we placed another catering order with a similar issue. We have the dressing for the market fresh salad, however, no salad. Called and spoke to Laura. Laura apologized and told me I could come back to pick up the salad. I told her to whole reason why we cratered was convenience. On Saturdays it tends to be busy and we cater food in so the staff doesn't have to leave for food. I asked her to refund the salad to my card. Laura stated that they were too busy to do refunds and my option was to come back to chick-fil-a to pick up the salad.
