Mexi-Wing VII — Restaurant in Chattanooga

Been there many times. However tonight was the horrible service I have gotten from anywhere in years. My family got there before me and sat and got drinks when I got there it took 15 minutes to get a drink. Then we ordered food 2 tables got sat and got food before us. Then when my chicken fajita arrived no flour tortillas. Server asked is all was well I said no I need my tortillas. He said he would be right back. He walked around talked to customers talked to employees and attended many others. I got mad at how long it took the food to arrive I looked at the time. 18 minutes after food has arrived my family has finished eating he comes back. To ask how everything was I told him I never got my tortillas he went back and in less then a minute brought my tortillas I told him my family was already done and I lost my appetite. I need a box and check. He brought me a box and I asked to talk to the manager. He went and took 7 minutes to get a check and had another server bring it to me. He watched us leave from the corner by the kitchen. Didn’t apologize not once which blew my mind. I cashed out and I will have to really think if I go back. If I do he will never serve me again. No customer service skills what so ever! I am in shock cause I used to eat there 3-6 times a month between inside and takeout. I think they lost a lot of my money...

The food is really good. The first time we went we were impressed so tried it a second time. This time was bad due to service. I ordered the regular steak quesadilla, was brought the fajita quesadilla. I told her it was aawrong but I'd keep it but I needed to order somethineg else. So I tried to ordera!a exactly what I ordered last time aeeeewith no issues. The a la carte chicken burrito but substitute grilled chicken. The server didn't understand this time around. I told her a bit of an upcharge for chicken was fine. Then I asked her to keep my rice warm. As to eat it along side my burrito I now had to wait on. She brings it back microwaved minutes later, long before my burrito comes out.. okay just let me get my food to go because I'm going to have cold rice either way. What really made me frustrated was the bill, that I was then charged for the cali burrito which comes with much more things and is much more costly, as well as was charged for the fajita quesadilla that was improperly wrung in. I didn't feel like hassling anyone but was very unhappy to spend 60$, and leave hungry. I still tipped her almost 10$ because I'm in the service industry and she was...

I've been craving tamales in the WORST way!! I haven't eaten at many Mexican places in the area but this one had good reviews and an extensive menu at reasonable prices, so I thought I'd check it out. I had trouble finding it because the sign wasn't lit and when I walked in there was one table full and one guy at the bar. Not a great sign, but it's Tuesday, so I sat down. It took a few minutes to get chips and salsa and a few more for the waiter to get to me. I have to say, their salsa is like a spicy tomato sauce. Not much flavor except tomato and heat. Not good. The waiter takes my drink order and brings it, then asks for my food order. I order a chicken fajita quesadilla and 2 tamales. NO TAMALES!! Well, there goes my craving fulfillment. I changed my order to the marinated chicken chimichanga and queso. The queso was pretty good, but standard. The chimichanga was pretty good, as was the rice and beans, but it was supposed to include sour cream and guacamole. There was maybe a tablespoon of each. Not nearly enough for a chimichanga since I like sour cream and guac with each bite. My waiter was good and the reason for the 3rd star. I still...
