I really hope the franchise owners get the message I sent to corporate. I went in there today 10/22/23 around 7-7:30. I asked the blonde girl with braces about a ad I had seen on tv that was advertising buy one get one 50% off. She told me that she thinks it was an online only thing, nbd there. She then starts telling me about their deals going on right now, she mentioned the mix-n-match deal, which is two medium pizzas at $6.99 each. I told her I would take that, and then continued on to order a 5 cheese dip, and 2 liters of coke and Diet Coke. Then she asked me if I just wanted the dip, I was confused because I didn’t know if they sold them individually or not so I clarified that I wanted the bread twists that go with it too. We finish up and I paid 14 and some change, which seemed a little low, but I chalked it up to the coupon that was used. They finished the person before mes order, and as soon as he walked out all the crew in the kitchen began making fun of him, talking about how he was wearing a wig and there was no way it was his real hair. Fast forward about 10 minutes, and she approached me and handed me a 5 cheese dip and a Diet Coke, and said “Here you go have a nice day!” And I politely asked her about the two pizzas and the other Coke I had ordered, and she snapped “You didn’t order pizzas or a Coke, and I confirmed that with you before I placed the order.” And I said well I need the other food too, as it was my order. And she replied “Well I guess I can add it to your order.” Then walked over to the cash register (where her manager had been standing and observing the whole time) and rang it up, and I paid another $15, then she tells me it’ll be another 7-10 minutes. During this time I started trying to contact corporate, with plans to delete the message if everything was taken care of. 8 minutes later (while the first part of my order was getting cold) she comes out with the pizzas and says “Here.” I again asked about the coke and she argued AGAIN that I didn’t order it. At this point I told her to forget it because I was contacting corporate anyways. Then she tried to ask me WHAT SIZE COKE I WANTED. So clearly she wasn’t listening to me at any point in this, the managers let their employees argue with paying customers, and that’s just business as usual at this location. YOUVE BEEN WARNED, avoid this place at all costs if you value your money and peace of...
Read moreI see a lot of negative posts on here and I understand the frustration but this store has changed. The drive times used to be terrible, but they have hired some new people and times are getting better. I understand that customers get upset when wait times are very high or the food is overcooked but you can't just overreact to that. They need help and are trying to reach out to everyone to get some help. If you can't help (because you have another job or something that hinders you from working) or you just don't want to work at a pizza place, then you need to have a little more respect and patience for them. They work endless hours to provide for all their customers but how can they be quick when they are short staffed and no one wants to work? These people are amazing every time I come here and to see people getting upset at them for trying to take care of the customers as best as they can shows me that those particular customers only care about themselves. Stop being selfish and pushy. They do amazing work. You want your food done faster and more efficiently? Help them find more workers that are willing to work and have a great attitude or apply and help them yourself. Last thing. I've seen too many customers yelling at them for just the smallest things. They will take care of you. I know you're upset but if you talk reasonably with them, they will fix the problem and might even give you something extra...
Read moreThe Domino’s in St Elmo is the worst place to spend your money, especially during quarantine. Tonight was no different. (Unfortunately, my family had to swallow our pride and order from this Domino’s since the Papa John’s website was down. As the workers watched the line forming outside, they were also doing a fantastic job ignoring the multiple phone calls coming in to inform them their patrons were ready for their pick up. Not only did the dark haired male working on 4/13/20 at 6pm come out and rudely tell the crowd that they were to call to collect their orders.... (well, we obviously had) but he yelled at a man who had been waiting outside for 25 minutes. He was rude and equally condescending to EACH person in turn. This is not the person you want representing your franchise, especially in these tough times. Not only has he lost the business of the 8 other patrons waiting outside, I will make sure my community is aware of how this man treats...
