A good ice cream shop. But a little too pricey for sundaes.

They have various gourmet flavors. And this location has a "St. Elmo's Chocolate Fire" flavor, that is not available at the location near Coolidge Park. The "St. Elmo's Chocolate Fire" flavor, is a mixture of Chocolate ice cream, cinnamon and a hot spice. These make for a very unique experience. When tasting it, you are first hit with chocolate, then you detect the sweet cinnamon, then finally you taste a hot after tone. Unlike any other flavor available.

The staff are nice.

The ice cream is good. But $8.00 for their Brownie Sundae is a bit much. Logan's Roadhouse has a Mississippi Brownie with ice cream, for less, the brownie is heated and bigger, plus other trimmings, like hot marshmallows, hot fudge and caramel. All that said, Clumped Brownie Sundae is very good. Just overpriced.

Customer service was not good.

We ordered two scoops of ice cream at like $8 (which by the way were the smallest scoops I’ve ever seen, but I didn’t argue with them) and when we started finishing up the first scoop, we noticed that the lady gave us the wrong flavor for the second scoop. So I kindly went back and asked if she could provide us with the correct flavor and she states that she can as soon as I give her back the ice cream I had in my hand to throw out because she said “I can’t do that. That would be like giving you free ice cream”. Uh no, that’s not at all what it would be like. I paid you a premium price for the ice cream of my choice and you mess up the order and then expect me to just throw away what I have in my hand?
