I guess it all depends on who is there, pertaining to the service you receive. Several of the baristas, more than few get offended❗️When you politely ask, could you please remake my coffee. If you ask, is there is enough sugar In the dispenser you get an attitude from that. I was told by polite barista’s, at other locations that the sugar could be low or empty in the dispenser. If your coffee isn’t the taste that it Normally is. The rude and baffled expression, I receive after I politely ask is a condensing response or a How dare you ask look⁉️ There are more than a few. Who has a MAJOR problem when you ask for your coffee to be remade. If t is remade the passive aggressive mannerisms are on full display. I was just in there for more than 15 minutes for one cup of coffee. No sorry about the wait, or polite smile. I asked for my coffee to be remade with a cream on the side I didn’t get my cream I had to ask for it again, after I had to politely asked the GM for my coffee to be remade. He heard me ask if i can I please have the creamer on the side. Of course, he gave me my coffee without the creamer that was another additional five minutes on top of the 15+ that I was in there . Once my coffee was finally remade you would’ve thought, I walked out of there without paying for it . The way the GM Looked. I took a three week break from there, a while back. I need to discontinue my trips in general.. iI never receive such service in the Hixson location, Highway 58 or Ooltewah. They also have a smile on their face when they hand you the coffee. When I come across a cheerful, kind barista. You don’t know, just how grateful I am. Only if the new GM at this location smiled. God bless the barista who ...
Read moreI love Dunkin’ Donuts, however the customer service at this particular establishment was extremely rude and unprofessional. I went in on a dim Tuesday morning expecting a welcoming smile and great coffee and pastries, however the worker at the register taking my order was not patient when I told her I needed a minute to decide and instead she rolled her eyes and walked off. This stunned me because I myself work in the service industry and wait when a customer needs time to decide. I understand that they were stressed out having orders being made and things to do, but the attitude was not needed. I proceeded to walk up to the counter because I was ready to order and she walked past me multiple times ignoring me, then she finally asked if I was ready to order and everything went on. The food was great, however it did take a significant amount of time to come out to me. Now I’m not going to name names because I wouldn’t want her to get in trouble, however it started with an S.. take with that as you will. So if y’all are ever in the east brainerd area and decided to get some coffee from the local Dunkin’ Donuts, make sure you don’t take too long to decide on what you want to order. I don’t believe in judging the worker, however she could be a little nicer to costumers even if she’s having a bad day… it’s always...
Read more35 minutes to get 1 coffee & 6 donuts is ridiculous - with only 1 customer in front of me. As I'm waiting for my coffee, the employees seem to only want to complain about working. Unprofessional especially when customers can hear. One employee actually told the cashier to "NOT TAKE ANY MORE ORDERS"....WTH! There were only 3 customers behind me, 2 had already left because of the wait & constant complaining from the employees. Had I not already paid, I would've left as well. Also, Someone should probably explain- an Irish Cream iced Latte- should at least have Irish Cream flavoring in it, mine did not! And probably the customer in front of me should get her iced coffee before me, since she did order before me, also a med iced coffee, just not Irish Cream. I thought at first they just mixed up the drinks, but mine clearly stated on it Irish Cream. Since it was St. Patrick's day, if you offer Irish Cream Coffee yet no Irish themed donuts, just seemed a miss to me. I actually wound up going out of my way to Krispy Kreme to bring back Irish theme donuts to my family and an actual Latte made right. Next time I'll just go to either Starbucks or Krispy Kreme before coming back, this was really ridiculous. Apparently a lot of proper training is...
