The food here is McDonald's! You pretty much already know what to expect. It's basic, low end fast food that you could make better blindfolded if you weren't so lazy. Hey, sometimes we all are in a hurry but if you consume this stuff regularly then you might have a problem.
I am not criticizing this particular McDonald's either. They almost all do what I mention below, which makes McDonald's a rare cringe worthy visit from me. Sometimes we all have to bite the bullet though. We gotta eat, and all that.
My only problems with this place is that they find several different ways to try to get more money out of you when all you want is exactly what you ordered and you want it quick. It's basically drive thru panhandling.
When you get to the menu after waiting for several other cars to order, every single time, they suggest things for you to order as if you are the one person on the planet who has never been to a McDonald's before, and also ask you if you are using the app, as if you might possibly be the one moron using an app and still wasting 20 minutes in their drive thru line.
Then when you order they want you to donate more money to their cause, as if they aren't already charging you more than 10x more than the food actually costs McDonald's to make (Trust me, I know I used to manage a McDonald's years ago)
"Would you like to round up" Well actually I'd be even more willing to round down considering my order was 12.09 for one burger one fries and one drink! Are you serious?
When you get to the window to pay they may even ask you to donate again or buy something else like a pie. Do they even know what a pie is? NOPE! It's ridiculous. I've received fewer panhandling requests at red lights in Southern California.
Just give me what I came there for and leave me alone! Going to McDonald's feels like making a run over the border to Tijuana Mexico without the 2 for 5 dollar margarita's and authentic street tacos.
McDonald's food is edible, that is about all I can say for McDonald's. They make the most basic food no matter what you order. The fewest condiments, the smallest patties, the most basic buns. Chicken is basically hotdog chicken, who knows what the beef is.
Be happy that there are so many lazy fools out here...

From the moment we walked in, it was clear this McDonald’s had no grip on what "customer service" means. No one greeted us. Not a single employee at the counter. After waiting, we gave up and used the self-service kiosk.
While placing our order, the dining room suddenly became a theater of chaos. Employees started loudly arguing with a former employee who came to pick up his final paycheck. This wasn’t a quiet disagreement behind closed doors — it was a full-blown, unfiltered shouting match in front of customers. The entire restaurant became hostage to their drama.
Then, it got worse.
From the back of the store, another employee erupted in a fit of rage. He could be heard yelling about "not taking crap from someone’s wife." He stormed out with a phone in hand, slammed it into a charger, and immediately began preparing food — no hand washing, no hairnet. His long, unkempt hair was dangling freely while he touched food going to paying customers. Let that sink in.
He proceeded to aggressively toss food items into a bin, clearly not concerned with hygiene or presentation. Meanwhile, several other employees were nowhere near the kitchen or customers — they were outside, hanging around a car in the parking lot, casually chatting like they were on break during a backyard BBQ.
Back inside, when we brought up a simple issue with receiving the wrong cup size, we were met with dismissive looks and sighs — like we were somehow the inconvenience. No apology, no fix, just a cold stare and condescension.
As for the food? A complete disaster. The double quarter pounder was drenched in ketchup and mayo to the point of falling apart in our hands. It was inedible. Sloppy, carelessly thrown together, and not even remotely close to McDonald’s standards.
Bottom line: This location doesn’t need a staff meeting — it needs a complete overhaul. There’s no professionalism, no pride, no leadership, and no basic food safety being followed. If you care about your health, your time, or being treated with a shred of dignity,...
Read moreThis was the worst experience we've had at a McDonald's. Waited in the drive thru over 30 minutes. Placed our order with a girl who said I'm sorry please hold a minute after everything we ordered. Figured they was training so no biggie. She asked me to check the screen to make sure everything was correct. I doubled checked it because we got 3 mighty kids meals and we always get extra fries instead of apple slices. It was correct and said extra fries. We pull around and pay then have to wait about 10 minutes at the window for the food. I pulled across the street to Walmart to pickup my wife who was getting vacation supplies since we were on our way to the Smokies. I start handing out orders to the kids and even though they asked on every order what kind of sauce there was zero in the bags. I pull back across the street to McDonald's and check my receipt which says extra fries, so I walk inside. Manager asked if I was door dash I said no ma'am I didn't get my kids extra fries, and I need 5 BBQ and 1 ranch sauce. She snatches the receipt and gives it a long look, looks back at me and says and just how long ago did you come through here? You can't just come back way later. I said ma'am I just came through your drive thru and had enough time to pull across the street to pickup my wife at Walmart and come back. I said is the time not on the top of the receipt? She didnt even look just turned around got my fries and sauces. The floor behind the counter was destroyed with napkins, food, cardboard. It did look like manager had training issues going on at the same time had about 3 workers who were in the parking lot smoking for much of our wait. One of the other workers asked the manager where somebody was and she got ill and yelled idk they all went to break without telling me and hasn't come back! Still we go to a lot of McDonald's it's the kids favorite and this was unfortunately the worst. The food however did...
