One of the worst customer service episodes both my husband and I have ever experienced. First, the order box was in disrepair. Things like that happen, but what occurred as a result was inexcusable. We drive up to the first window as instructed by the paper on the order speaker, to give our order. My husband turned off our car as we are accustomed, and we attempted to give our order. Neither the young man nor his trainer could apparently hear us. The amount seemed too low, but we had people behind us, and when given our food at the next window, we inquired about it. They couldn't hear us either for some reason. And it was noted later that my husband was screaming at them. Well, they couldn't hear us, so he spoke louder! All I wanted after my ordeal at the hospital was a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit MEAL. NOT merely a coffee that was oversweetened. When the managers at the pickup window finally understood, it was then that the associate said to my husband who was a manager of 35 years "Well, we'll do this just this one time"... Like it was OUR FAULT?? OR.. that we were attempting to get free food? My husband handed them my card so we could pay for "the difference"... but nooooooo... It was rung up separately, costing more in the end. It was not the fault of the new person at the order window, as his trainer took over and still couldn't hear from all the catterwallin' from the backline. I don't mind paying for my what I order, but for it to be messed up by no fault of my own nor my husband, then be blamed for the mixup, then be overcharged? Nope. I won't be going here anymore. There are plenty of restaurants who need help during this pandemic. I gave 2 stars for the food as it was good as usual, except the coffee. 3 creamers...

Unfortunately, this morning was not the case. From the moment the lady asked for our order she was curt and wanted the order to end. When she was asked abruptly was I finished i said no and she said nothing in return. Ignoring this we finished our order and proceeded to the first window. There was a slight wait and she became annoyed looking out the window at the cars waiting. This wasn't a great look as she made no interaction with customers or conveyed a sense of empathy.
Once we were at the window I realized one kf the beverages wasn't properly ordered. It didn't matter at that point but the attendant opened the window and handed the beverages out without a word. Almost 8 minutes later she came back with out food. When my wife asked about condiments and plastic wear she said my manager put it in the bag. My wife was looking for it at that time and said there was none. She then yelled at her manager did you put the stuff in the bag. The manager said yes and we showed there was nothing in the bag besides food. The manager then came to the window and said it's not under the stuff. I again removed the contents of the bag to show there was no syrup, fork or jelly in the bag. She huffed as she motioned for someone to bring her a small bag. Once she retrieved it she handed it to us without as much as a sorry for the inconvenience.
This is not the normal exchange we have with McDonald's and I would caution anyone from visiting this location because this service was...
   Read moreIt was Terrible I would give it a minus 5 if I could.! I have never stopped her before and will not again . The line was out the door one man said it's always this way . It's like they see ppl coming in and run and hide. The employees look right at you and walk off !! We go to order the cashier has such an attitude it's all over her face and body language. . She sets our cups behind the counter on the other side we are standing . And then walks off . I had to reach over and get them . . This man only ordered a cup of coffee he was in front of us no kidding 10 minutes later he finally gets his coffee . Oh and he had to ask for it twice. Finally we get our food nothing special was ordered chicken nuggets w/ ranch big Mac cheese burger and a quarter pounder 2 fries . There isn't any ketchup in lobby . Our order is COLD no ranch and no quarter pounder . Had to ask for ketchup 3 packets all we get .... So I go up to get my order . I stand there for like 15 minutes no one will come up they will.look at you but not come up front and you can be asking. This one guy comes to register finally somebody comes up ask him his order . He shows them.his bag and receipt telling them they left out about 3 things . Then somebody else cought that same cashier and told her yes and my order was short too . Then somebody from the back yells I'm not giving food away here !!! Finally I get somebody who is setting another order up she was trying her best to get away but she finally took my receipt and 10 more minutes I got my cold quarter pounder and 1 thing of ranch for my child's even colder chicken nuggets. .
