Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Chattanooga

I never really have been an avid coffee drinker but I just started recently and decided to make ascooters my second store to visit. I have ordered so far around 3 or 4 times and the past two times it seems like the flavors are getting less and less prominent than what I got when I first got a cup from here. The app does not give you the option to do upgrades like you want such as the flavors. I'm sorry but a $1 for an extra flavor is absurd when it's literally 2 squiggly lines on top of the whipped cream and you have to go to a convenience store just to get the flavored syrup that is supposed to be in your drink. The choice for chocolate is not there and people who drink mocha will always get chocolate and caramel just about. I understand about health hazards but when a customer tells you that they did not get enough flavor or topping and ask you for extra then you need to remake that drink and not say oh sorry we can't do anything about it....Please fix the app for more flavoring and please tell your employees to have a little bit more enthusiasm with positive customer service. i work from home so i don’t get coffee out and about that often anymore but if i feel like having something a little more special than my at-home coffee i really like coming here. i’m not much of a coffee snob and i think if this place more for “treat” type coffee rather than “the working man’s” cup of coffee if you know what i mean, but it’s not over-the-top i-can-feel-a-cavity-forming sweet, and they’re really good about adjusting the sweetness level if you ask. honestly i didn’t feel compelled to write a review because of the coffee as much as i do because of the service. i’ve been here about a dozen times - maybe more - at times ranging from 5am to late afternoon and even though i’ve had a different barista almost every time, the people working here are always particularly nice. i wonder if it’s all the caffeine lol. anyway, always a pleasant experience and the blended chai tea latte (+ espresso shot) is delicious,...

I drove by this place headed to Chuy’s for lunch. I asked my waitress if she had tried it and she said no but her boss gets a cup every morning. She told me it was a local chain and it really needed to be supported. I didn’t order my usual tea with lime that I love with Mexican food so I could grab a cup on my way out. I was driving from Minden, Louisiana to Johnson City, TN for a friend’s funeral. I pulled up in the drive through and was greeted by a super friendly voice that offered to give me recommendations. She made a recommendation of the hot Caramelicious and that is what I ordered. It was the best experience I’ve ever had in a drive through. So helpful, upbeat, and friendly! I drove away and pulled onto the interstate sipping the cup of delightfulness I had just purchased. It was incredible and one of the best coffee experiences I have ever had. On my way back home...you guessed it...I was a repeat...
