T.J. Maxx — Local services in Chattanooga

I went to this store for the first time in a long time and I was very disappointed to discover that they had a very limited plus size section. They have rows and row of clothes for teens, kids, men's, anything you can think of but they had one rack for plus size clothes. I asked an associate, who was very nice, if that was all they had and she said it was. She said they haven't a gotten a lot in for plus size which is very disheartening. Maybe it's a shipping thing because of Covid or maybe there's something going on that I'm not aware of but it's discouraging to see such a limited plus size section. I'm not sure what can be done about this and it's not that big of a deal but I wanted to bring it to...

WOW TJMAXX I usually love shopping here but today just blew my mind with horrible coustomer service! I was in the Chattanooga, TN hamilton place location. Found a great pair of late spade flip flops. Exact same flip flop with two diffrent prices. Not just o e but two full shelves with 2 diffrent prices. When I asked the manager to correct it (I was wanting a size 8 $24) she said "ohh no we can't, that pair came I to inventory at a later date so the price is higher and we can't change it." REALLY??? Same item 2 diffrent prices and your coustomer have to shoulder your inventory issues?? $10 diffrence.... Oh and BTW there is a 3rd...

I was in last week and went into the ladies fitting room. The article of clothing I was trying on fell on the floor. When I picked it up, I was all wet FROM SOMEONE ELSE'S URINE! I failed to see it all over the floor when I walked in. But honestly, would you ever think to check that? The employee cleaning the mess did not do so according to OSHA standards and the Manager could have cared less with what had just happened and how UNSANITARY that is. My white skirt was wet from everything and the Manager NEVER offered any assistance. I reported to corporate and the Manager was reprimanded. AWFUL...
