Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Chattanooga

Don’t expect personalize customer service from the manager at this store like so many other Nothing Bunt Cake location will do for their customer when placing your order. I simply asked for the frosting to be drizzled on one of the buntlet cakes aswell so it would match the tiered 8” and 10” cake that they are already making for me for my sons wedding. She would not do it. Which makes no since that they can do it on the 2 bigger ones and won’t go the extra step to make the small one match. My order is $140 and they have no flexibility at all to try to make customer satisfied. Just about the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard! There are many many pictures online showing examples how other franchise locations were kind enough to do it for their customers but the Chattanooga manager did not care enough about customer satisfaction to take this simple for my our special celebration! She Said it was corporate policy. But others are doing it! I wanted to stack the cake 3 high which she would t do for me either like others do, but was willing to do that myself. But I wanted the drizzle to match. Absolutely a joke! We Won’t be back for any special occasions after this. Local bakeries will go out of the way for you to earn your business, but not Chattanoogas Nothing Bunt...

Having eaten and adored the cakes from Nothing Bundt Cakes before, I just knew for certain that they needed to be served at my wedding. Today my mom and I went in to pre-order the cakes for my wedding at the store on Shallowford Road. As an already anxious bride to be, I can't tell you how amazing it felt to have such sweet staff take care of us and aliviate the stress. I need to give credit where credit is due and brag on some of the employees! The worker that greeted us first thing when we walked through the door and helped us today was Jackie. He was an absolute sweet heart, very professional, and very knowledgeable!! We went here after dinner at Ruths Chris. They were actually closing, but told us to come in. The lady at the counter was very pleasant and helpful. I didn't catch her name, but she told us about the samples and explained the different cakes, their sizes and prices. She never rushed us, and thanked us for stopping in. Will definitely be going back again. This was also our first visit to any Nothing Bundt Cakes and that first impression will definitely make us seek out others around .
