To many sales people. If I told one I was just looking around within the next 3 feet someone else asked. We had just bought a 58" TV last WK at another place and I was trying to find one that sz to show my granddaughter the difference from 58" and the old one we had in our bedroom. I couldn't find one. A 3rd sales person came and asked if he could help since I was looking at every tag under the TV's so I explained to him what I was doing. His reply was "they don't make that sz anymore, only.... I haven't seen one of those in 2 years". I turned to him and said, that's funny, I just bought one last week! Maybe he needed to be caught up on things?? I looked at a toasted - 70.00! Ummmmm nope. Even if I was a millionaire I would NOT pay that much for a 2 piece toaster or even an 8 piece that was pure silver. A cord we needed to get later at Walmart was here and the price was double! They did have washers and dryers, stoves and refrigerators, and massage chairs as well as mattresses and furniture. Some ok priced, others outrageous. If they had a huge sale going on and had what I wanted I would consider going back....

Here a little story that must be told. About a Quasi Circuit City. That can't even fit that mold. So Christmas I know there's little chance of getting a Nintendo Switch. But on their website allowed me to purchase and noted it was a pickup for the Mall location on the email. I have to note that the websites phone number is full and immediately hangs up so I couldn't even call to confirm. When I arrived to pickup on other customer service members knew immediately it was a item supposedly not removed from their terrible site for over a year. I said over a year. The manager was not helpful at all. He ear hustled into the conversation only to have to asked by his subordinates to help instead of just working the line as a manager. Manager Jake then proceeded to listen to nothing said to him to prevent from happening in the future and did what every bad manager does. Deflect. Supposedly the funds will be returned but he claimed that the online process has an unknown timetables despite no fault of mine. I would recommend to only go here as a last resort and absolutely NEVER use...
