As a brand, you know Starbucks' model and expectations for this store meet 5 stars for the actual food, location, and brand. The compromise of three stars in this review are given for the service time, attitude of 90% of the staff, and the observable inefficiencies of the a staff not being utilized, trained, or properly compensated, that all lead the the in-store and in-person service. My wait at this location is 3-5 minutes longer than other locations in the area for in-store service. I might suggest driving through to receive you order and then take it inside, if parking and limited inside seating happen to be available, but once in you would witness how some team members are underused and others are stressed to the max. I offered a work of suggestion to one team member and they told me to message corporate as they didn't have the authority to pass a message to the manager. Very strange for a local coffee shop. In general, Starbucks is not my favorite coffee but I usually review them at 5 stars when all the wheels are rolling in the same direction. This location needs to be drive through only as it does not have enough parking, inventory, nor seating to be an in-store location. I hope that this location will improve as it is convenient to me. The traffic on this road, at the specific intersection is a toss up for high customer volume mixed with less desirable access back onto the main road. Hey, it's coffee. It's Starbucks, I hope you have a better experience and hope to upgrade my review...
Read moreI planned to go through the drive-thru but when I pulled up, there were 10 or 11 cars waiting so I went inside. It was about 12PM. Walked in and there were 4 people behind the counter. I immediately noticed the looks all 4 baristas gave me. They clearly didn't care to be there and didn't care about the rush of cars outside nor me and the other customers inside. The one girl making drinks was going very slowly, another girl was walking back and forth pretending to do things. The total of 20 minutes I was there, I watched and she wiped a counter, would pick up things then set them down (not do anything with them), and move the drinks of the girl making them to the drivethru counter for the 3rd girl working the drive-thru. The guy who took my order had a monotone voice and wouldn't look at me after he took my order. They never called anyone's name when they finished the food and drinks. They would just leave it on the counter and maybe say what food or drink it was, but never loud enough for anyone to hear. I usually love the service at Starbucks but it...
Read moreHonestly, I’m not sure what the problem is. I order coffee from this location daily. Today, my cup was filled so high that it spilled out into my cup holders the whole way home, then spilled all over my lap because the lid was not able to properly close due to the liquid around the rim of the cup. After cleaning myself off and changing my clothes, I contacted Sam and she said they would replace it. When I got it replaced, I explained to the girl making it that it was too full before and that I had spilled it on myself and made sure she knew that she needed to leave a little bit of room at the top of the cup so the lid would seal properly. As soon as she handed me the drink, I noticed that the coffee, once again, was filled up to the very top edge of the rim of the cup.
I am 100% not satisfied with this as it seems like the tiniest requests and details cannot be made. I didn’t ask for the world, I asked for my cup to not be filled so full that it was...
